Bill, I don't suppose you've heard anything back yet have you?

rather than an update, maybe they should create a volume two, picking up where the last left off. there are multitudes of new characters if you include tv cartoons, pixar, and the animated features.

I found a used copy of the '98 edition for $16. I really want it!

I just have a few questions...:

Are animated charectors from Disney Television in the book?

How many pages are in the latest edition?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

There is a section for television animation, but since I have the '92 edition I can't tell you how many pages are in the current version.

Sorry for double-posting but I would really like to know how many pages are in the 3rd('98) edition. It has Hercules on the cover.

Amazon says it has 480 pages, but the seller(I'm buying the book online) says it has 464 pages. Which one is correct?

Any help is greatly appreciated,thanks!

How does one count the pages in a book anyway? Should blank unpaginated pages (without numbers) be counted? Both numbers could turn out to be "right".

I have the 1998 3rd edition with Hercules on the cover. The page count is 460, going by the pages that are actually numbered. There are 4 blank unnumbered pages at the end, so that is probably where the seller is getting 464 pages. The most pages you could claim is an additonal 8 pages - if you want to include the unnumbered front and back covers plus the grey front and back "spacers" pages.

Amazon relies on various sources for the page count of books they sell. Sometimes their sources do not provide accurate information.

To answer your earlier question, there is 20 pages of information on the characters in Disney animated TV series.

Hope this helps.

The book goes as far as Hercules in the animated film section and Recess in the TV/shorts section iirc.
