I already knew this was a joke.

This thread is even more funnier than Kram's April Fools joke thread. Good job there, Ichabod. I knew I won't fool myself for that one since Disney isn't going to get this one out of the vaults.
Nice "fake" cover, btw.

I presume nobody else has Mickey Mouse Clubhouse: Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt

Plus it could be true, BVUK covers usually look photoshopped

Well, I've not got Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse, but the following has popped onto the BBFC website:
Introduction By Forest Whitaker
Widescreen, DVD additional material
Run Time 2m 3s
Sadly it doesn't say what film the introduction is for, but it does say
At the time of classification Buena Vista Home Entertainment was the holder of the rights or the brand name for this work.
According to the BBFC's own database, Fox owns the rights to The Last King of Scotland in the UK! So could this be for Song of the South?

I don't know, if this is a joke I'll just happily rest assured that my laserdisc remains valuable for yet another while.

I knew this was a april fools joke all along as Disney has not released any information on Song of the South yet.

The Aristocats was revealed in a DVD leaflet before Disney said anything, it might not be an April Fool's joke, wait for tomorrow for the DVD's official release or for ichabod to say it's a joke since it's after 12PM
2099net - I can't find that on the BBFC, April Fools?

Sorry yamiiguy, I know you'll probably be scarred for life now, but both 2099net and I were pulling your leg. It was an April Fool.
And for all of those of you who said couldn't be real because it didn't have those scan lines, well I guess you must all just have crap scanners, because I actually printed the image out and then scanned it back in.
Here was the cover I modified it from:
http://www.maj.com/gallery/willisichabo ... ots2.1.bmp
Warning - LARGE!, not great but meh.
And thanks to all those of you who worked out the joke and played along anyway

I must say it was a bit more creative than the first post just consisting of APRIL FOOL'S, good job

Good show, ichabod. There were a few tiny seconds of hope before realizing you were having a go at us.
Nice job on the cover too, though it nearly goes without saying that it ought to have come packaged with a collectible lacy collar a la the wardrobe packaging of "Northern Exposure" and the Grease re-release.

Ah, but that image wasn't a DVD leaflet, and I said that Disney's leaflets never scan well because of the material they use. So there.

This thread inspired me to break out my VHS copy of the UK video release last night. What an amazing film! Sad that the picture is so poor on my copy. I mean, not as bad as some stuff I have, but still...
