After I posted my last question, I went to the offical site for the Rewards Club, and in the FAQ section they have a little form for concerns, which I addressed mine, simply stating that I did not recieve the codes from Cars and PotC, I didn't mention anything about being in Canada though. I then got an email saying that I should get a real response (not some computer- generated one like this one was) sometime in the next business day. Hopefully I can clear up the situation, get my codes and be closer to having this old favourite on DVD. The thing though is I joined the club, got 100 bonus points by filling in a little survey and now when I put the DVD in my wishlist, it tells me it's unavalible right now, hopefully once I get up to 750 points, which I should if it the remaining major releases this year, like Ratatouille and Jungle Book PE, than I should easily do it. Just tell them that you're from Canada and the program just started here so you didn't bother keeping all your receipts from months and months back. They seemed very friendly and helpful when I wrote to them. They will email you a code that you can enter into the website. It took me about 2 business days to get my codes the first time..still waiting for the second batch!
