Actually it ships from Wisconsin, about 3 hours away from me. I'm at the lower end of the state near Milwaukee and they are more central in Nenah. Even though I live so close to where they ship, my introductory order took two weeks and a typical order since then has taken about 5 days for me to receive my DVDs. The DMC is very slow, but worth it for the exclusives and VIP member benefits.

Since we're on the topic of multipacks, does the Goofy & Friends Multipack (A Goofy Movie, An Extremely Goofy Movie, and Fun & Fancy Free) count toward you membership comittments? I purchased it a few months ago and would like to know.

okay!!!!! i am getting worried cause i ordered my movies on 2/18 and they are not here so i did some research, and i swear the payment was taken off my credit card the following day, but i checked today and it looks like nothing ever happened or had been charged EVER!!! i can log into the dmc site, and also under account info/history it shows no order...WTF!!! are they ever going to finally take the payment once and for all and ship my dam movies!!! anyone had this happen to them? i did get a email with this info the next day after ordering:

so it looks like something was/is happening and again the order date was 2/18, i know they are slow but why has my credit card been charged and now the payment has disappeared!!! however on a positive note i bought disney treasures pluto vol.1 for only $17 bucks shipped from buy.com new!!! PLEASE help!
