he's just trying to be fair to thumper. seven and seven is a tie. and that's that.
yeah- i def miscounted, my fault- my appologies...
i left a new post in round 26 to decide what we should do here. im thinking just calling jiminy the winner in all, considering he had the fewest votes...but i may just re-do this round & call it the final one.
