All of this year's Walt Disney Treasures (bar the Hardy Boys set) and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest are definetely on the Christmas list, and Cars and The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe: Extended Edition might be.

Oh, yeah, one possibility I forgot to mention was Chicken Little. I just saw it for the first time recently and it actually wasn't too bad. It cracked me up a bit. Kinda reminds me of Emperor's New Groove.

The following are on my list:

2.The Nightmare Before Christmas
3.Chicken Little

Possibly:
Fox and the Hound SE
Dumbo SE
Robin Hood SE

I would love to add the Treasures and the Legacy Series

It's a really good DVD. It doesn't have much special features, but I like the music videos (The Cheetah Girls, and the karaoke and sing along versions of "One Little Slip").

I'm getting the UK version of "The little mermaid". because the German version has only one disc and a new dubbing which I don't like.

I also know that I'm getting the "Silly Symphonies" DVD (the German one), because my boyfriend told me he was giving it to me. :)

I do things differently, I give my dad's side of the family a list of Disney DVD's that I have, and tell them anything not on that list I need. For my moms side of the family I just tell them gift cards for Future Shop, Londong Drugs, basically wherever I can get disney dvds. But my list is rather small for what I have:

Rescuers
Rescuers Down Under - Gold Collection
Goofy Movie - Gold Collection
Robin Hood - Gold Collection
George of The Jungle 2
Alice In Wonderland - 2 Disc Masterpiece
Aladdin Return of Jafar/ King of Thieves - 2 Pack Value from Blockbluster
Black Cauldron - Gold Collection
Pirates of The Caribbean
Toy Story 2 - 2 Disc Special Edition, the Woody's Roundup Edition
Tron - 20th Anniversary Collectors Edition
The Best of The Power Rangers
Chip'n'Dale Rescue Rangers Vols 1 and 2
Ducktales Vols 1 and 2
Adventures of The Gummi Bears Seasons 1-3
Talespin Vol 1
Darkwing Duck Vol 1
WDT - Mickey Mouse in Living Color Vol. 2 - Pretty sure thats the one

Wow, thats more dvds than I though I had lol

For me I just want to purchase:
Cars
Who framed Roger Rabbit?
Walt Disney treasure ( idk which one)
probably preorder Peter Pan

that's about it, i quit buying sequels, there's far too many.

So, now that it is nearly Christmas, here's what I am actually expecting in the way of DVDs:

The 4 new Walt Disney Treasures sets (though they haven't been purchased yet)
The Adventures of the Gummi Bears Volume 1 (again, hasn't been purchased yet)
The Happy Elf
Harry for the Holidays
and
Smallville seasons 2-4

Already got Pirates of the Caribbean and Brian Setzer Orchestra Christmas Extravaganza. Also recently got Long John Silver's Return to Treasure Island for a buck at Target. Of course, the quality is terrible, but until a high quality version is released... (and, while it's not made by Disney, it's a fun little sequel with the same actor in the role of John Silver, Robert Newton, in what looks like the same costume! I LOVE him as Long John! Still my fave pirate ever!)

Now I just need to figure out how I'm going to land the 4 Legacy Collection DVDs, Narnia 4 disc, and DuckTales, Rescue Rangers, and Gargoyles volume 2 sets! (among others)
