Nothing from the above list, but I will be buying a few local (Region 4) DVDs.
I got New World last weekend, although technically it comes out here today. I'll also be getting The Chaser's War on Everything at some stage this week. It is a satirical Australian political/current affairs that I highly recommend to everyone (although I suspect that at least one member of this forum may be getting a copy from a certain other member at some uncertain time).
There is nothing else coming out next week that interests me though. Which is good, because after that, there is virtually something coming out every week I'll be wanting. Golly!

Poseidon at some point, but I'll be buying Desperate Housewives Season 2 on the 29th. I've been waiting for it to come out since BEFORE the release date was even announced.

Where's Transformers: The Movie, which is finally getting a decent DVD release next week? Your list is pretty lacking if it doesn't include this, the prime example of the 1980s phenomenon of turning toy commercials into TV shows and feature length films. We should try including a broader range of releases, instead of only the most popular (usually crap) TV shows and movies that are released each week. Dozens and dozens of new titles are released each week, and often many of the ones that aren't the newest movies and TV shows are the more entertaining.

I'll possibly be getting Alvin and the Chipmunks: Trick or Treason if it's 12.99 or lower next week.

I'll go with Season 2 of House please!
They had me working Tuesdays like all season, I only saw like 3 or 4 of the new episodes. There were a couple of Tuesdays I had off, but I was so out of my normal routine that House didn't even cross my mind.
My plan is to be at Best Buy when the doors open Tuesday and grab it before anybody else can. (Hopefully I get a good copy of the new season. My first copy of Season One, I got to the last disk and it got to like the 3rd episode skipped a bit, and was then unreadable. Traded it in, then found out my new copy messed up on the first disk. So I bought yet another copy and mixed and matched for working disks.)

I'm not buying anything, but I voted for Silent Hill anyway. It looks really good. Loomis- you actually like The Chasers War On Anything? It all seems so stupid and contrived and they seem like the biggest wankers. Sorry if I've offended you, but I can't stand it. Riding that horse through the store was too stupid for me I'm afraid.
