A number of my exhibited errors, especially the most recent wave.

I could not get Disc 1 of the Rarities to play on either of my players at home, although it would play on my PC. I've since had it working on a newer player, so I suspect that there are some Disney DVDs that will simply not work with certain players. This may or may not have something to do with the copy protection on the discs.

Indeed, about 90% of the discs I've had with problems have been Disney discs. They usually have some kind of incompatibility issue with one of my players, especially the US ones with the copy protection. However, I've often had the same film from three different regions (using Beauty and the Beast or Atlantis as examples) produce the same errors every time. This would occur on some players, but not others.

Sometimes it seems that manufacturers of either discs or players (or both) DON'T quite stick to the supposedly agreed-upon DVD standard. That deserves a :x

I actually had a problem with my Treasures Tomorrowland: Epcot episode. it completely froze my player. I tried it on both my xbox-360 and my computer. I called the tech support and was supposed to send it in quite awhile ago, but will hopefully send it out tomorrow, maybe they can fix it/replace it since it was brand new sealed in tin (even though was bought on ebay).
