Okay, there are a ton of categories. You may pick 3 for yourself. Other people: sign up! The "speech" only has to be a couple of sentences.

Well, I had actually already signed up for that one myself (I guess "-Aaron" looked like it was just my signature... I don't know why I didn't put AwallaceUNC), but if you want it, then that's fine. There are others I wouldn't mind doing. :)

Thanks, A.

Now it'll have to be REALLY good ;)

No, you have to save her for the 2006 UD Awards. ;)

Well I thought that the old girl would have enough in her to preside over all the seasons ceremonies, but if she must be saved, i guess that's how it shall be!

Since signing up has been slow(which is strange) can I do Best Comedy and Best Original Screenplay?

May I also do best theatircal sequel?

Aaron,
I've notice that there are still many categories with out assigned presenters. Do you want us to write more because I can probably do a few more.

Yeah, at this point, everyone can feel free to sign up for as many as they'd like. The more other people do, the less I'll have to. ;)

Well in that case seeing how I'm working on my speeches now (I'm a procrastinator what can I say?) I'll do let me think...

Best Game Show seeing how I'm doing the Best Game Show Host
Best News Anchor or Personality and,
Best Actor

There, now you'll have more time to party Aaron. ;)

If you haven't written those yet, you can feel free to present them together in one speech. Up to you.

Well, I already did but seeing how that's not a bad idea I can probably reword and merge those two together. No problemo!!!

~Also do you want us to list the nominees or will you do that? It's a good thing that I ask now because I already did it for a few of my speeches.

If you did it, that's fine. If not, that's fine too. Either way, an official list of nominees will be included in your speech when it's posted. :)

Remember that tonight at 11:59pm (eastern time) is your last chance to sign up for a category and send in a speech for it. (If you sign up right at 11:59 and don't get your speech sent in until a little bit later, that's fine). There are plenty of open spots and all you need is a few sentences... no biggie.

I'm in the process of counting votes. The ceremony will take place sometime within the next week or so. I'll announce the date when I figure it out. In the meantime, watch the Oscars tonight. I think it's safe to say that our results will differ from theirs.

Is it too late for signing up? Instead of waiting for your reply Aaron, I'll just send you my speeches for Best Actor in a TV Series andBest Drama. I'm sorry that I'm not doing three- I don't have enough time, and I've run out of creative talent.
Congrats to all winners of the Oscars- Walk The Line is the best movie ever! Reese Witherspoon was sooooooooo good, and Joaquin should have won, but the competition was quite tough. The next Oscar movie on my list to see is either Brokeback Mountain, or TransAmerica.

You got it. People can still free to sign up for things on into tomorrow, as I'm not going to be at my computer much until my midterms are over tomorrow afternoon.
