Well lately I have been making polls in my threads, that do not dominate the purpose in the thread.

Meaning I make a topic for discussion, but I might also add a poll that's releated to the discussion, without it being the sole purpose for the thread.

Does that make sense? :?

Anyway, just be aware that I may still add polls to my General Discussion topics, but if I post it in the General Discussion, then it is a discussion thread and belongs there. If I have I poll that is strictly a poll, I will put it in the polls and games thread.

Just one more thing, not all polls are bad. :P :)

Phillip, that makes perfect sense, and that's exactly why I specified that 'Polls & Games' would be for threads that are strictly polls or games, and aren't intended to have discussion. Essentially, if the first post in a thread says "Vote!" or "What do you choose?", that signals Polls & Games forum. There isn't a clearly defined line, but I think I'll do okay determining what goes where.

I LIKE HAVING THEM SPILIT

Does anyone else see the irony in having a poll in the General Discussion forum, about whether we should have polls in the General Discussion forum?

Just struck me as funny.

I'll go away now.
