I do have Columbus day off but since my mom and aunt have work that day so I'll probably be staying at home watching old movies, working on my Mary Todd Lincoln report, organizing stuff, and so on. Maybe I can ask my mom for some money so I can go shoping in downtown Berkeley.

I know, poor college folks. :( But...we can make it a "holiday!" ;)
Just kidding.

Aside from attending my "clase de Espanol" in the afternoon, I have work because "colleges don't observe Columbus Day" and that's what I get for being a research assistant & instructional aide. At least for the research one, they're giving us a "bonus hour." Oh joy!

Going to my United States geography class in the evening and making sure my diversity file is complete for another class. Such is the life of college. :(

How about all of us college kids get together Monday night and meet in the UD chat room! Internet party in the house, yo! I'll bring the DVDs (heck, we'll all bring them). Someone can bring the booze, but of course we can't really share that, so we'll all bring some booze.

How about 10 pm EST/7 pm PST? That way, I'll have finished watching Las Vegas, lol.

College kids only, lol. And anyone old enough to drink! Us underage college kids can live vicariously through your drinking, or of course, we can break the law and drink ourselves...

Thank you both... You know... it just occured to me; what happens when everyone else has a Birthday here(?), I never remember hearing about it. Is there a Birthday Thread? If there is and that's where everyone's supposed to announce their Birthday, I would want to know that. It's so easy for me to miss something like that.
