that makes no sense!
When I think of factory, I usually think of a really large noisy place. They should change it to like Cheesecake Restaurant.

It makes as much sense as you changing your name.
A Factory is a place wgere they make a PRODUCT, Cheesecake is a Product, so the factory part makes sense, besides there are other resturants who use the factory name too. There is a Pizza chain on the west coast called the Pizza Factory.

but they don't make just cheesecake. They also serve a lot of food, they should indicate that in their title.

I have alot of favorite resturants.
1. Red Lobster
2. Denny's (even if they don't have any in Cincinnati anymore....sigh...)
3. TGI Friday's
4. Cheesecake Factory
5. Penn Station
6. Chi Chi's Pizza
If I can think of any more, i'll add to my list.

We used to go to Denny's every Tuesday night. They have kid's eat free and between us and My sister in law we have 6 kids, Now we prefer IHOP over Dennys and go there once or twice a month
I do like T.G.I Friday's but we have to go to Reno to go there and if were gonna drive the 1/2 hour to Reno we normally go to Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Red Robins or one of the Casino Buffets

I heard from one of my friends that TGI Fridays has poor sanitary conditions.

That could be possible at your resturant but every one is different. I read 2 Local Papers every day here and they have a Resturant inspection section in them once or twice a week and I have never seen our TGI Fridays below a 97. which is not a bad score, it is normally a heating table not set to the right temp or something like that.

Well, I live in Chicago, so I can kind of tell you about Uno's..
1. It's a bit cramped (downtown, at least) and very crowded
2. Their pizza sucks
3. They have good cappellini (spelling?)

We've got one in NJ too, and you're right on all three.
Also, I LOVE their Tuscany bread. It's really easy to make, since it's just like pizza, except they put pesto sauce and spinach in place of the tomato sauce (though they do chop in tomatoes, but I don't like tomatoes by themselves).

Bertucci makes good pizza, everyone here in mass loves it. How come no one has mentioned it yet?

I am very picky on my Pizza I grew up in New York and Pizza was my favorite food, And there are Pizza places on every corner and they were all good. I prefer plain Cheese Pizza. I have found 2 good places in my area. In Carson City we have a resturant called Grand Central Pizza and in Reno we have one called New Yalk Pizza, Both places the owners are from New York and the Pizza is outstanding, After that the next best place is probably Cost-Co who can be good one day and sucks the next.

Is it a chain, and No I have not had it, I have not been in New England for at least 25 years and I have no desire to go there.
