The way the jokes were presented was not broad at all. The context is something that most sex comedies have shied away from before (or at least marginalized) - an older virgin. Labels like "dirty jokes" and "sex" are broad, but when you specifically work your comedy in them, they become specific. Huge difference. Bottom Line: Hollywood needs to make better musicals.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. Nathan lane is hysterical. But then again I'm a bit biased b/c I am a musical junkie! As far as I've heard the dvd release is April 25.
