In my opinion, Maleficent is the greatest Disney Villain of all time. Read my comment in the villain countdown for more on my feelings on this. Plus the lesser the motive, the more evil in my opinion. Jafar is second. Cruell a close 3rd. So it's more like:
1. Maleficent
2. Jafar
3. Cruella
4. Ursula
5. The Queen
6. Scar

Are there any "weak" Disney villains? Seriously, if a Disney movie has nothing else going for it, they usually do a good job with the villain. Can anyone name a Disney animated villain NOT worth their weight in sneers??

Probably the best villian was Maleficient--she was straight out of hell. No villans are that dark or cruel these days because they're dubbed too scary.

My favorite villain by far has to be Captain Hook he s the funniest disney villain!

she's the most scray person i've ever seen, but also Ursula knows how to be bad

I agree. the villains totally help make the movie.
My favs are:
Malificent
Yzma
Scar
Hades
Bre'r Fox
Cruella used to scare me when i was young.
Malificent, Horned King, & Chernabog I would think would scare kids today
Maybe even Randall....would u want that scaring u in the middle of the night? hehe.
