Cule #2: one of the stars of the film (the mother) is a mother on a hit TV show on FOX. (that shouls help alot).

Sitcom mothers that play a character in a Disney film based on a TV show, eh?

I'm going to take a wild guess and say either Recess: the Movie or Teacher's Pet. Is it either of those? If not, I have no idea.

it was teachers pet, wasn't it? The mom in That 70s Show (Debra Jo Rupp) plays the voice of the mom in Teacher's Pet. I know Pasta was just throwing out TV show movies, but he can have it since he technically was first.
