Up here in Canada we have Thumbelina at Wal-Marts for $6.88 and almost every where Anastasia is $10 or less (plus there's the rumor of a two disc rerelease of it)
Anyway today I got
The Woody Allen four movie comedy collection (with the curse of the jade scorpion, Hollywood ending, small time crooks, and anything else) at Cinema 1 for $36.75 total
Also at best buy I picked up American wedding
the total price was $11.49
(I'm certainly posting a lot more than I thought I was going to with my broken wrist
)

Today, I went into HMV where a "buy 1 get 1 free" offer was going on. I saw that the previously high priced Special Edition of
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind featured (the UK SE also has a free screenplay copy!
), so I got that along with
The Aristocats, one of the many Disney DVDs featured in the promotion, the list of which can be found in a thread in International DVD (we need to get more visitors to stop being mowed down by Alan's request for a slipcover forum
).
Current Mood: Wheeee!

Luuuucky. Most of the animated movies that aren't Disney go for $15 down here in Chicago. I haven't seen Thumbelina anywhere else but that Virgin Records store. I might go check out Walmart this weekend and see what other movies they have.

My Battle Royale Special Box Set came in the mail..it has BR & BR 2, along with an additional disc full of special features.
What I bought yesterday:
