I use ABC to download:
http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/download.php
You download and open the torrent file (which is tiny), then it'll ask you where you want the videos saved, once you hit save it should begin downloading. Though there are only 4 seeders at the moment.

I'm not sure if I did it right? It only took seconds to download, so when I try to open it, it's like it's in a loop?

The torrent takes seconds to download but you use it to download the videos.
Well there's not too many seeders so that might be why it's not moving.
Try something else with a lot of seeds to make sure you're doing things right.

how many seeds do we need

Only one seeder is enough. But more seeders is better than less.
One reason why it's slow could be that 'new' users of bittorent is less likely to open the suggested ports in their firewalls. (Firewalled users can't download from other firewalled users)
Also remember to upload at least the same amount you download, so the torrent won't die to early.

so how do we open firewalls for the download

You pick a range of ports in your BitTorrent client (i.e BitComet, BitTornado or Azureus), then open/forward those ports in your personal firewall. (i.e. D-Link, Netgear or ZoneAlarm)
You need to look in your manual for your firewall on how to open/forward ports.
Sorry I can't be more specific, I'm a bit baffeld by networking myself.
ONCE AGAIN: You don't need to do this to download the files, but you speed will most likely be higher.
