Seriously, the guilty ones here are the terrorists.. They decided to put a bomb in a bus and on a train to prove a political / religious point.

It would have happened no matter of a war or not. Extremist Terrorist's don't care who's running what country, or what war is being played out, they use them as strategic ploys to get noticed.
