I really like that 4K cover, it's so cool. I won't be buying this though.

I would have preferred for the BD and 4K to have swapped cover art, but oh well.
I’m interested to see how it holds up after viewing it in theaters and now having seen Mirror Mirror.

Unfortunately since Wish, Disney has released 4Ks only as steelbooks when it comes to Disney live action films, Disney Animation and Pixar.
Oh, darn. I just thought perhaps you might be able to get 4K with the standard cover because the B&tB and Aladdin remakes were available on 4K with both their standard and steelbook covers when I looked them up the past two weeks. But I do remember something about TLM's 4K only being available with the steelbook back when... I just think SW's pose there is so bizarre, she looks like a mannequin. Everything else is nice about it though.
Watch me end up getting both versions now, just so I could put the 4K disc withthe standard cover.

At least I can wait to get the standard after price drops, I guess. I had missed the steelbooks for B&tB and Aladdin back when they were first released. I just ordered used versions the past week because I thought I'd upgrade the handful of remakes I liked to 4K, and I figured I could buy the standard cover later if I had to and switch the discs if the used copy skips or whatever. But I thought the steelbooks for both those and TLM were all beautiful, was hoping SW would follow the trend. The TLK steelbook cover was a little strange, too, the SW steelbook is better than that one anyway.

I might get this movie on digital for the Bonus features.

This song is a crime against humanity. I've never seen such a bad song in a movie in my whole life. It was really cringe.

Yes, it's bad, but not worse than Princess Problems.

I liked the song, but it could have been so much better of course with a good singer. I think the worst songs I've heard in a movie were Lack of Education from TF&tH, a couple of songs from Moana 2 (the batwoman's song and Maui's), Scuttlebutt, and then I'd have to go dive through DreamWorks film pages to find more from there.

I honestly think that if they decided to drop most of the music from the original then they should have made a non musical like Cinderella, and then maybe they could have cast someone like Mackenzie Foy to play the role.

Foy would've been a great SW, loved her in Little Dorritt. She is a little on the older side though. But they wanted a non-white Snow White, so that would've never happened, musical or no musical.
EDIT: Realized about an hour after I wrote this that I was thinking of Claire Foy.

It seems that they think that giving Gal more protagonist they are going to improve sells. In my country we don't have a release date yet.

The UK cover is lovely. I would have chosen a different picture of Rachel Zegler. The one they used is so unappealing.

You have to see the one that they've chosen for the Disney Plus poster. It's even worse…

Yeah, three-ish months feels too short for basically any release, but with this one in particular, are they sure they don't want to put it off a little longer just to see if any of the controversy diffuses?

Some of these movies deserved a better box office. The nutcracker and the four realm is much better than this LA film. I love this movie and in my opinion they risked too much making such a film.
