After seeing two silly geese waddling on the road yesterday, I was reminded of Amelia and Abigail Gabble, and hence decided to watch The Aristocats this late afternoon/early evening.

Yeah I've seen the Incredibles again, what can I say that's a pretty good movie. I'll have to watch Bambi agian over the weekend, my DVD is at home. So until I go home on Saturday, that's when I'll be watching it. And then I think I'll watch Pirates of the Caribbean.

Pirates of the Caribbean

Awesome movie! Both exciting and funny. Jonny Depp really steals the show with his brilliant act as Captain Jack Sparrow. Makes me laugh every time I see the movie.

10/10

Well, I'll bring you up to date on my past week's viewing!

Geppetto

I didn't know they still made moview like this! It had it's dry moments but on the whole it was surprisingly good! And a TV production too! Great musical, great story. I thought that films like this had gone the way of the Dodo, but it was a nice, pure, wholesome piece of family entertainment!

Saludos Amigos
I don't know why this takes a lot of flak, probably because it's so short! I thing that this a great classic, short and sweet and a real milestone in Disney's history when you look into why, and when it was made! And Pedro is just soooooo cute!

The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr Toad :up:

Love this! Wind in the Willows is a joy, maybe a little slow for some but I like the way it plods along. Toad escaping from prison in that nightdress is genius! I giggle every time I see him on the floor going "Poop poop"! :D He is just so daft! Also the "Merrily on our way song" I find so addictive, (maybe becasue it enlightens Americans to some of the counties of Britain:p), although they need to learn that is is spelt "Worcestershire", not "Woostershire" :p. The scene of Ichabod dancing and Brom trying to foil him, and getting stuck with the fat woman is purely hilarious! And all without a word of dialogue! That is truly brilliant storytelling and animation! Also the Headless Horseman is beautifully animated, he really stands out as none of the other films of the time such as "Cinderella" and "Peter Pan" put as much highlights/effects/shadows on their characters at that time and so The headless Horseman looks juist perfect! the whole chase scene is phenomenal! Definitely one of the greatest moments in animated History!

The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes :|

I don't know what it is about this film, but I just feel it is a bit bland and is lacking something! I don't really feel it has a hook like the other comedies but I know a lot of people love this film, so I'll shut up! ;)

It was on earlier tonight on CBC Wonderful World Of Disney. I liked it better than Hunchback Of Notre Dame.

Victory Through Airpower-I needed something quick to watch while walking on my treadmill and since I didn't want to watch sportscenter. This would do the trick. It's a good film.

Pinocchio Didn't really hold up as well as I THOUGHT it would, but it certainly held up better than some of the other Disney movies I've seen recently.
