MICKEYMOUSE wrote:Do they send amary cases? Becuase I want a Toy Story 2 case. The one I bought has the BARCODE sticker on the back that is really annoying.
Up-date: I just called, and I really love them!!! They will be sending the case to me!!! I LOVE DISNEY, DISNEY DVD, dam anything DISNEY. The girl was so sweet on the phone, and she sounded cute.
They send cases, too? That's awesome, because I bought "Pete's Dragon" used at Gamestop and it is in pretty bad shape. I'm glad that, on the whole, customer service is nice, too. I hate talking on the phone.Escapay wrote:MICKEYMOUSE wrote:Do they send amary cases? Becuase I want a Toy Story 2 case. The one I bought has the BARCODE sticker on the back that is really annoying.

Guess it's too late to say, "Yes, they send Amarays".

They've sent me many slipcases (Sleeping Beauty: Special Edition, A Bug's Life: Collector's Edition, Finding Nemo: Collector's Edition, Pirates of the Caribbean: Collector's Edition, and Alice In Wonderland: Masterpiece Edition), a couple of inserts (The insert and collector's card for my Mickey Mouse In Living Colour: Volume 1 DVD) and a cover wrap (Also for Mickey Mouse In Living Colour: Volume 1). They were also helpful in giving me the information to send in my Silly Symphonies set for the disc replacement program.
I think their mood is completely based upon who you get and what kind of day they've had

Are OOP DVDs elegible (sp) for the Disc Replacement Program???
Dammit! 2 years ago I found a copy of Snow White in a store, which I snatched. When I went home, I discovered it was a defective disc (not damaged). The film skipped in places and on multiple players. I endured it for 2 years, until I got sick of it, and sold it back to the shop 3 months ago. They didn't believe it was defective, because they thought it looked in perfect condition (even though I explained that the damage was not physical but encoded blah blah blah) but accepted it anyway. I wonder what they've done with it? Probably selling it again in the shop window...Escapay wrote:Yes.DisneyFreak5282 wrote:

And of course, I still have never gotten around to getting my disc replacements for TENG:CE disc 2, Golden Girls S1 disc 2, or Commander in Chief Part 2 disc 2.

No, it didn't. And if I see another question about slipcovers, I swear I'll go insane and start beating up my computer like this kid does.geicos27 wrote:Does anyone know if Monsters Inc. ever came with a slipcover?
