The Chucky Collection, $15.99 at FYE. Recently I've taken quite a liking to multi-movie boxed sets!

I bought all 6 seasons of
3rd Rock from the Sun from Amazon. They were having a buy one get one free sale, so for the 80 bucks I paid that's still less than 15 bucks a piece, heck yeah!

Those are some great prices! I went on the website, but I couldn't find the information:
Do they have free shipping?
Do you know when the sale ends?

Tower does have free shipping, with orders of $25 or more. However it's very slow.

Thanks! Does it say anywhere on the site about when the sale ends, though? I don't have money right now, and I probably won't this month, due to Wall-e & Bolt, but if the sale extends into December, then I'd have money.

Amy, I *think* Tower Records stores were all turned into FYEs, meaning although their websites are different I think they have the same policies. FYE.com has free shipping on all CD and DVD orders over $25 ALL the time, so I'm thinking it might be the same with Tower. Usually when they put things on sale at tower.com, they stay on sale for a while, so you should be OK (if not don't get mad at me!). If the sale does end, you can always order used off of FYE.com, I've NEVER had a problem buying anything used from them online or in store, plus they're pretty reasonable.

Thanks, Ryan! (And I won't get mad at you!) I'll have to check out FYE.com to check out their selection!

I was at the mall again today to make an exchange for some jammies that I got (it's a jammies set, and someone had put the wrong size pants in with the right-size shirt...but they didn't have my size, so I just kept them. And you probably don't care, lol, but that's why I was at the mall again.), and since we were there late last night, I didn't spend as much time at FYE looking at their Buy-One-Get-One-Free (new) TV on DVD sale. But I spent time there today, and I bought:
All 3 SBtB sets were $19.99, and
90210 was $24.99...but the SBtB set on my receipt said $16.99, and I was pleased.
So, it was about $44 with tax. And I had my gift card, so I only had to pay $13.

Amy, I was in FYE tonight and I was gonna get Fresh Prince S2 and 90210 S1 as BOGOF but decided not to because although 90210 was a decent price for 6 discs, Fresh Prince was $34.99, which I thought was a little much. Instead I got:
Seed of Chucky: Unrated & Fully Extended - Widescreen, $4.99 USED

Yeah, a lot of the sets were really expensive, Ryan. And they had a pretty poor selection at my local store. The lady let me look at the list, and I had it with me as I was looking through the selection, and there were a lot of things missing (but they were probably out of my budget, anyway). I'm happy with what I got, though.

Exactly. I also thought it was sort of stupid that they had a 6 disc set on sale for $24.99 but the 4 disc Fresh Price set was $10 more. From what I saw at my store, they had ALF, Fresh Prince, 90210, Buffy, The Simpsons (seasons 1 - 10 only part of the sale), and some others that I can't remember right now. I haven't seen either series of 90210 (the old one or the one that is currently airing on CW), and I definitely would have gotten it if I had more cash on me, and if there were some other DVD that was reasonably priced in that store

They're so expensive in there for new items, but most of their used things are more reasonably priced. Plus it's usually in good condition because they're picky about trade ins.
