i hope they get the park right. and with them saying on Screamscape that they're going to get rid of half of the Lost Continent i hope they put most of it in the soundstages so that all of it will fit. and in other news the video game website for OOTP is now open.

I finally checked out the latest trailer on the Order of the Phoenix movie website. WOW! I actually got the chills watching it.

I'm in the process of re-reading all the books before then. I'm at the end of #3.

I'm not sure if I should re-read them or not....

How long did it take you to get to #3?

I wouldn't suggest re-reading the books solely because of the fact that you want to remember what happened before seeing the movie (if you're doing it because of book 7, then that's okay) because I did that before seeing PoA, and it really didn't do much to remind me what happened (the movie itself did that) but, instead, it made me recognize what they left out even more.

I can read the books in less than a week if I read them for three hours a night or so, but that's my hyperlexic side. I don't count. Anyway, I can't wait to see the new theme park. I'll simply feel - old. Perhaps too old for a theme park, sans Disney World theme parks. I will be in my twenties and graduated when it is released.

(Old? What? I'm a teenager who identifies with a character aged 36 - 48 and I say I'd feel old then?)

i'll be 19 or 20 depending on if it opens in fall 2009 or spring 2010.
they have a feature that's cool on the website, the movie, where you can make your own death eater mask.

not everyone spells correctly online Pru. besides there are words that people have more trouble spelling than others like Luxumborg.
edit: don't really want to double post today. i have a question for all of you. how many are going to get Deathly Hallows at midnight? and if so are you going to get the regular or the deluxe which costs 65 dollers. me i'm going to try to get to my second midnight release with a regular. my first one was HBP at DISNEYLAND :D that made it even more magical. and what's more i finished that book in the shortest time ever. a whole week to finish. i hope i can top that record of mine on the first reading although i might go slow to make it last.

at least you aren't going to the bookstore at downtown disney. they were going to do activitys but all they did was let people in, get their books, and leave feeling cheated out of a party. they even started giving the books out at least ten to twenty minutes before midnight but i didn't read it till i got back to the hotel room after midnight. i hope Hastings doesn't do that when i do it this year.
since we're on the topic of book partys for now i've been another one for The End where Lemony Snicket came to town :o but he couldn't make it because he got 'bit' in the armpit by a terrible creature so to 'substitute' him was Danial Handler and it was as cooky as the books are with a reading of the first chapter that went 'horrible'. after that was over everyone was escorted over to Hastings and got the book lamented with mr. Snickets symbol.

That's an awesome summer reading book.

My friend who's been living in New York coming back on the 2oth so for her welcome back party we're all going to Barnes & Noble and midnight and get the new Harry Potter book.

I'm waiting till the week before it comes out to start rereading all the Harry Potter books, or I won't have anything read inbetween, which at this point, could be a month. I have a lot of time on my hands.

I suggest start rereading them now. Getting through one book takes a while.

it usually takes me a couple days to finish the first two books three at the most while it takes me a week for the others so three plus three plus seven times four equels 34 days at most.

I can't wait to buy Deathly Hallows, can feel the day coming closer...*chuckles* as for the theme park: not too thrilled bout it, gon'na stick with Disneyland course I could change my mind once they release actual pics of the park. Harry Potter kinda reflects my personality and my status with sociecty (school wise) it's a beautiful series and quite the masterpeice, as for the films, each of 'em have their own style and creativness, personaly I like all 4 and Order of the Phoinex looks like a good way to set the summer stakes high again, course I find it spooky watch the stars grow up right in front of my eyes whenever I watch the prev. Potter films.

you know i don't get why people are always puting universal down. i find it to be a good park even though i haven't been and yet nobody is ever putting Six Flags down even though it has no enviroment themes which i hate and the parks just have no magic since i've been to Six Flags Over Texas, the original, and after a few visits it just lost its magic fast and with them always replacing rides it makes it even worse when you have a favorite ride and they take it away after five years.

I don't need to re-read the books. I have enough Potter crazy friends that are always talking about every little thing that happened.
