I guess we'll hear about casting soon.

I didn't know who she was, had to Wikipedia her. I haven't seen anything she's in other than The Danish Girl, but I loved that film and thought she was really good (although not the standout, that goes to Redmayne, naturally). I thought she looked a great deal like Piper Perabo, who I always liked from Coyote Ugly and Lost and Delirious. It was one of the few live-action films I bought. She'd be a good Snow White as long as she's willing to dye her hair black.

I'm a huge fan of Alicia Vikander and she's one of my favorite actresses but she doesn't suit this role at all. Besides being way too old to play Snow White (even a 20-year old Snow White), she doesn't even remotely resemble her.

I don’t Disny Will cast someone under 20 as Snow White

Why not? They did for Ariel.

Not to mention Snow White is the youngest princess by far. Not just in the movie but even in the fairy tales, she was just a little girl. I can't imagine Snow White as an adult woman and even Kristen Stewart and Lily Collins looked relatively young to pull it off.

I think someone around 16-19 would be a good age. She should be young.

Most actors look much younger than they are anyway, so it really doesn't make a difference to me if they're in their 20's.

Besides, Disney may have decided they don't want their Snow White here to be a cowering 13 year old girl. Hopefully she's a stronger character than that while still being "pure."

There are rumors about Lana Condor is in talk to be Snow White.
Anyone read it?
What do you think?

She's pretty, but not beautiful. You need to cast a really beautiful girl to play the Princess.

I always felt India Eisley could play the role especially since her mother, Olivia Hussey (best known as Juliet) easily could have pulled off the Snow White look. India has the round face of Snow White as well.

I've seen Apocalypse, but I don't remember her right off. She would be a good Snow White though. There were two pictures of her on Wikipedia; I thought she was really pretty in the top picture, moreso than the second one.

India really looks the part. Olivia was even prettier.

I agree, I think Olivia was such a beauty. She's aged very well if you look at current pics of her.

Olivia Hussey would have been a beautiful Snow White in her youth. She was fantastic in Romeo and Juliet and Jesus of Nazareth (both directed by the great Franco Zeffirelli). She was also in Death on the Nile, but she had too little screentime.

Another great candidate for the role of the Princess would be Anna-Maria Sieklucka. Just Google her, she's beautiful. She was in 365 DNI, which I saw on Netflix. I only watched the movie for her, cause she's a breathtaking beauty. Each time her face appeared on screen and especially if she smiled, the screen lit up.

I didn't realize she was in Death on the Nile. I'll need to watch that because I didn't realize it has some of my other favorite actresses as well including Angela Lansbury, Bette Davis, Maggie Smith, and Mia Farrow.

I just googled her and she is gorgeous. I keep seeing 365 DNI promoted on Netflix but I wasn't sure what type of film it was supposed to be. I'll have to watch it now.
