That Tangled Tower. It's like you're in the movie. Very impressive visuals.

Almost makes me want to buy a PS4.

Ugh, I knew that New Age Disney couldn't resist making this into yet another outlet for promoting those CG movies (and that's why I don't play Disney Infinity). Definitely won't be buying this game if there are going to be worlds based around any of them. It's a good thing the first two games were made at the time that they were, because the worlds were all based on 2D Disney animation as they rightfully should be (Chicken Little may have snuck his way into Kingdom Hearts 2 as an assist character, but that was extremely minor). The way Disney is now, it feels like they're never going to learn that making their movies in CGI has always been a misguided mistake and that movies like that have no place in the Disney canon.

On the plus side, hearing that Frozen won't be in the game makes me happy.

Thankfully, I got a PS4 last Christmas in preparation. I’m set and ready for this.

It looks so amazing. They definitely are following up on Dream Drop Distance, and I f-ing loved that game. Everything looks huge, which I'm thankful for considering the way KH2 was. Of course, the way the characters look throughout the game now will take me a little time to get used to.

Hercules!!! <3 If only Atlantica could've been made with environments/graphics like these, chills. I like the way they're using DisneyLand/World rides--hopefully, instead of summons.

Do we know that? I very much hope it is. It'll be a shame if it isn't, imo. Snow environments would be more fun than anything in Tangled.

But both movies don't have any business being CGI, and therefore should not be represented in Kingdom Hearts as truly belonging in the Disney canon. That's the point.

I would definitely prefer a world based on Princess and the Frog. Dr. Facilier and his "Friends on the Other Side" would make a fine addition to the enemies of Kingdom Hearts.

It was one of the posts above mine.

I would much prefer the snow-topped fjords of Frozen over the debauchery that is Tangled anyday. The frozen heart theme would lend well to the game.

By "canon" I'm just talking about the movies that are part of Disney's feature animation department (WDAS) making up the main Animated Features canon, since I still stand by my belief that that department is meant for traditional 2D animation and was established and built on that kind of animation. Nightmare Before Christmas, like Pixar films, was not made under that same canon.

I wasn't referring to any of those movies either. They're part of the live-action canon, not the animated canon.

I really think we'll get Frozen. If we're getting Tangled, we're defientely getting Frozen. The story is right there: Anna is a princess of light. Same with Elsa, but darkness is coming in with Heartless coming after her. Hans follows the darkness, blah, blah, blah. Plus, it was in that other game, which was cancelled. I love that we're getting Tangled, but all what I want is Wreck-It Ralph.

If you want those movies, then you don't want true Disney animation. What you want is fake CG shams of what Disney's feature animation is supposed to be.

Sorry, but whether I'm on here or not, I am going to bash the practice of Disney abandoning their own animation for CGI. Just remember that.
