@Mooky. Quasimodo's father, I would assume, means the Gypsy man with Quasimodo's Mother at the beginning of the film. "Shut it up, will you! We'll be spotted!" But I don't think that's his father, personally. I doubt a father would refer to his child, regardless of deformity, as an 'it.' (Frollo not withstanding. ) I'm honestly surprised he made it on the list instead of Achilles, Phoebus's horse, or even Snowball*, Frollo's horse, (both of whom have quite a personality. Watch the film again and pay attention to the horses when they're around each other. They can't stand one another.) Frollo also seems to have a bit of affinity for Snowball. When Phoebus steals the horse in his escape attempt, what's Frollo's response? "Get him, but don't hit my horse!" See, he has redeeming qualities after all!

*the name Snowball, while not referenced IN the film, is what fans of the film have taken to calling the horse, because the filmmakers themselves called him that in their audio commentary.

I'm honestly really disappointed that it looks like Frollo is going to lose to Esmeralda of all characters... If he HAD to lose, I'd rather it have been to Clopin or Quasimodo. (Speaking of which, why the hell was Clopin eliminated so early!?)

I agree. Esmeralda would be the blandest character in the film if Phoebus weren’t there. Clopin and Frollo (and, to a lesser extent, the Archdeacon) are the only good characters in this movie to me. But a bad winner for a bad movie doesn’t bother me so much.

Aww, I wouldn't go that far as to say that Esmeralda was bland! Even without Phoebus, I'm sure she would have been a good character.

I don't see how you can call Esmeralda bland. I think she is one of the better Disney heroines. I personally wanted Quasi to win but oh well. And I didn't have "Quasimodo's father" on my original list somebody else added him. I forgot about the horses.

Yeah, I figured as much. No way that's his father, it's just some random Gypsy. If that man was supposed to be his father, I'm pretty sure it would have been a well-known fact.
