New Animated Series 'Sofia the First' to Premiere Friday, January 11 on Disney Channel & Disney Junior

Classic Disney Princesses Ariel, Aurora, Belle and Jasmine make special appearances in event episodes throughout the year, offering Sofia words of wisdom when she needs them most.

In the premiere episode, “Just One of the Princes,” Sofia strives to become the first princess to earn a spot on her school’s flying derby team. Although paired with the overly-anxious horse Minimus (voiced by Stonestreet), Sofia learns to believe in herself and proves that a princess can do anything she sets her mind to.

Wouldn't it be funny if princess Vanellope made a guest appearance! I wonder what words of wisdom she would give Sofia

I just saw the movie. That amulet must have come from The Doctor if it can teleport princesses. Cinderella's carriage at the end must have been the TARDIS after the doctor fixed the chameleon circuit. I didn't see anyone in it and Cinderella'a explanation of the amulet suggests her time has passed.

I saw Sofia's horse's name is Minimus and thought "Because the name "Maximus" is all ready taken for a Disney horse's name and the horse given that name is pretty popular."

But do you think Disney is already eyeing off a possible "Tangled" connection, beyond the similarities of the horses' names? Perhaps they will be related?

When Cinderella said the amulet was connected to all the princesses who ever were does she mean that Sofia lives well after the other princesses have died?

All this talk about the princesses having passed away is depressing. I prefer to think they are all living in their respective time-frames but can be summoned to Sofia's world whenever they are required.

That's basically what it is. The way she meant when. She said "ever were", it meant ever existed. So in other words, summon all Disney princess ever is.

Also Sofia said " Cinderella, what are you doing here?!" Not "Cinderella, how are you alive?!"

If you have read latest posts in the Universe stomp on me thread, He was complaining why people always backlash whatever he makes comments on. This is perfect example. He always brings up bizarre conspiracy theories usually involving either the Romanov family and time traveling, or associating any "oddities" in a show with Doctor Who or something.

I'm not saying that to be mean 9although it came out like that) but it is perfect example to what people may be always get "annoyed" with him about.

Let's not make this off topic here.
