I've had the sniffles for the last two days now, they're really irritating especially when your trying to sleep, breathe....well do anything

Also, I wish the rain would leave, it's been raining almost non stop the last week or two so at least one day of sunshine would be nice.

There is something called FreeCycle. Many towns/cities have it- it's an email group where local people can email other local people, asking for things, or offering things, for free. For example, people offer everything from Sunday newspaper coupons to bread makers to clothing to pets. People ask for everything from grills to clothing to books to Walt Disney World tickets. My parents are coming down from Massachusetts for Thanksgiving, and Bobby wants them to see the Candlelight Processional at Epcot. My annual pass doesn't expire until February, but his expired in September, and we just don't have the money to renew it. He asked me to ask a friend who works at WDW to see if he could let he & my parents in (my friend already mentioned earlier that he could let Bobby in), but that friend hasn't contact me back yet, to my knowledge. So, Bobby sent out a FreeCycle email, saying that it's a long shot, but that his in-laws are coming for Thanksgiving and that if anyone has 3 one-day WDW passes, that he'd really appreciate them (and he mentioned how I still have my pass, but that we can't afford to renew his at the moment).
Well, I've been slow at checking my email- not too long after Bobby sent out his email (a few hours later, I guess), another person sent out an email asking for WDW one-day tickets (in this case, 5, where Bobby asked for 3). This other person mentioned how their in-laws are coming for Thanksgiving (sound familiar?!?!?), but they mentioned how their 3-year old son needs a pass now (how he can't get in for free anymore), and how grandma hasn't seen the newborn yet and she hasn't seen the other kids in a while.
They used the little kid/grandma factor. Who knows if anyone has extra WDW one-day passes laying around (Bobby mentioned to me how radio stations or something might give them out, or some contest gives them out), but I wonder if any potential givers will think to look at who asked for tickets first. That would be Bobby. And he only asked for 3 (not 5). I'm not saying that we're any more worthy of these other people. Heck, I don't even know if my parents would like the Candlelight Processional (but they'd like Epcot). But the beginning of the 2 emails were very similar (in-laws coming for Thanksgiving), but the other people used the little kids/grandma factor. That just irks me. I mean, maybe they would've asked for tickets even if Bobby didn't- that totally could've just been a coincidence. But, what if Bobby's email inspired this other person to ask?
I emailed Bobby about this right before I started this rant (I love this babble thread- it helps me get things off of my chest!), but he hasn't written me back yet.
Chances are that neither Bobby nor this other person will get tickets (who has spare WDW tickets laying around?!?!?), but I wish I knew if it is just a coincidence or not. It probably shouldn't bother me as much as it is...!!!
*edit* I just checked my Myspace messages- my friend can't let them in, since those are blackout dates. Just to let you know.

wow, that Freecycle thing sounds interesting
My babble is about the book, I have already wrote 48 pages, divided on 4 finished chapters and one just started...the only detail is that I have to finish it before december 12 or 18(so that I can make the hard cover for it and it's ready for chrissmass)
I have at least...5 chapters to write but those will be easy ^^

Glad to hear your book is going well Isidour, I've never been able to make it...well past the planning stage of my books
I was playing one of my games today and I'm at the point where it's taking forever to do anything or it's stuff I've done already so my brain decided to try making a Disney version (on paper since I don't know how to make computer games) so for the last day now that's been keeping me occupied. I'll eventually get bored and move on to a new "project" but I hope this one actually lasts a while....

I'm so weird

That
is spam.
Crazy head quiz. "You are 25% Fleur Delacour, 25% Minerva McGonagall, 25% Narcissa Malfoy, and 25% Parvati Patil." Oh, that narrows it down
tremendously.

Just include Maxime in the results.

Wendie. I named her after Wendie Malick, one of my favorite actresses. I have other Pullip dolls, including one named after Holland Taylor.

By "babble," I was referring to ramblings, not mere nonsense.

I came across an amusing quote today so I thought I'd share it as my babble:
God must love stupid people because he made so many of them
Also I came across some amusing product warning labels:

Warning: May cause Drowsiness
Christmas Lights
Warning: For indoor or outdoor use only
Bic Lighter
Ignite lighter away from face.
Arm & Hammer Scoopable Cat Litter
Safe to use around pets.
Hair Dryer
Warning: Do not use while sleeping.
Road Sign
Caution water on road during rain

So, Bobby bought a 1/2 dozen donuts for the 2 of us and our friend. Two donuts each person. Why did I eat 2 donuts? I know that I get stomachaches all the time. Why did I think that this time would be no different?

I read the lyrics, but I don't understand- your friend is going out with someone that you like, or someone that you don't like?!?

Of course you would find it amusing, Mason. I knew you would. The song is a parody of another song with the same tune, and I customized it to fit me while being humorously immature.
Amy, it's directed to the boyfriend of my friend. I was friends with him, but now I don't like him, because I wanted to be with her. (I am female and bi, yes.)

Oh, gotcha! Then, that stinks. I hope all of you can stay friends, regardless.

I found my cat standing on her hind legs this morning in front of the t.v watching Animal Planet. It was rather cute, it reminded me of the scene from 101 Dalmatians.

Awww, that's too cute!!!!
My babble is that my mom just made me a DVD of "Muppet Family Christmas" and she'll bring it when my parents come down in a couple weeks...she made a DVD from the VHS copy we taped from the TV. I'm extra excited because, the other day, I read the review of the DVD on Amazon, and it's edited, so I'll have the unedited version! Yay!

I love Crane Machines, my Dad won Ratatouille out of one today for 1$ (I mentioned this in the Ratatouille thread as well)
Also, my neighbors must hate me, at 7am they went crashing up and down the stairs and were banging on the walls

Colonel Hathi's dawn patrol was more quiet than they were.
