I think most of these are decent. Not surprising since it's one of their greatest (and best-selling) films. I generally prefer the covers where the background is darker, because I always associate the film mostly with those shots of everyone on the roof with the chimney sweeps at sunset myself. Plus, I think the darker color gives the cover a melancholy vibe that suits the film somehow--that goes along with the "Chim Chim Cher-ee" opening. Although I understand why "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" is the scene many people probably think of first.
1. 40th Anniversary Edition DVD ~ Classic.
2. DVD ~ Everything about this is perfect. This and the Blu-ray (UK) covers have my favorite logos.
3. Blu-ray (UK)
4. Blu-ray ~ This is the only version I (or my family) owns. We didn't have MP growing up. I think I only ever saw it at my maternal grandparents' house.
5. Laserdisc 1 > VHS 2 > VHS 1 (UK)
6. DVD (UK)
7. Blu-ray (Japan)
8. Laserdisc 2
9. Spanish VHS
10. Exclusive Archive Collection Release > VHS 4 > VHS 3
11. 45th Anniversary Edition
12. Best Buy Steelbook ~ I think this one's rather odd, tbh, although not ugly.
13. Laserdisc (France) ~ This looks more as if it should be for a Broadway show, but not bad.
14. Gold Collection DVD
15. Italian VHS
16. Japanese VHS
17. Laserdisc 3
18. Heroes Cover (France)
19. Japanese Laserdisc
20. Heroes Cover (Spain)
21. VHS 1
22. VHS 2 (UK) ~ How strange. Looks like Mary is a drawing, just with Julie Andrews' head attached.
23. VHS (France)
24. CED
25. DVD (Taiwan) ~ This feels like such a random shot they picked.

Bedknobes and Broomsticks:
1. Blu-ray (this is really strikingly beautiful)
2. DVD (UK) (so is this)
3. Masterpiece Collection VHS
The French Heroes Cover looks so bad. Why is the moon out in a daytime sky?

1. DVD (UK)
2. Blu-ray ~ I think this one is a bit busier than the above. I like it better when it's just them in front of the moon. Although admittedly the logo on these two is... Not my favorite, but doesn't ruin it. I think the gold is better, because they gave it more weight on the Blu-ray, too, like it's enameled.
3. 25th Anniversary Laserdisc > Masterpiece Collection VHS > "Sorcerer Mickey" VHS ~ These have the best logo, and they used a good shot from the "Beautiful Briny" scene, too.
4. VHS 4 (UK)
5. VHS (Germany) ~ While this cover is imperfect, I wish more of them had tried to feature several moments like this--particularly of Eglantine on her broomstick from the finale.
6. 30th Anniversary DVD ~ This is the one I have. I'll get the Blu-ray at some point in the next year, too, since I'm trying to scoop everything on Blu now before Disney leaves physical home media behind. Although I really wish they'd release it on Blu-ray again with all the cut content put back. It looks to be in a similar situation to Pocahontas, which had the cut "IIKY" scene put back in on the DVD only to be cut again for the Blu-ray. :/ I like for it to be an option to view the film either way. I personally like it better with the deleted scenes, if only the "A Step in the Right Direction" scene wasn't lost.
7. VHS (Italy)
8. VHS 2 > Laserdisc > VHS 1
9. VHS 3 (UK) > VHS 1 (UK) > VHS 2 (UK) ~ This is a cute image, but a very weird choice for the cover. I see Lansbury is there at least on the VHS 3 cover, which is why I put it ahead of the others, but it's like you have to search to find her!
10. Heroes Cover ~ This is just weird... A moon in the daytime?

It would be better if they had deleted the clouds and just put a solid color fill right there instead. What's strange is they obviously realized it was weird because they made the moon smaller and more hidden behind the bed than on the other covers with this picture. Why didn't they just deleted the moon altogether? It would've been a pretty good cover of them if not for that, although I still think the night shot would be more striking.

1. 30th Anniversary DVD (Maybe for nostalgia reasons)
2. Blu-ray
3. VHS 4 (UK)
4. "Sorcerer Mickey" VHS/25th Anniversary Laserdisc
5. Italy VHS
I don't dislike the first 3 UK VHSs (or the German VHS), but they make the film look like a sports film!

Although the round shape behind the bed on the Blu-ray, DVD (UK), and Heroes covers does look like a moon to me (mostly the little spots on its surface)--perhaps the people making those covers treated it as if it was supposed to be like the bedknob glowing as they travel?

I only wonder that because looking at the Blu-ray and DVD (UK) covers again, even though it is night on those instead, it still looks kind of wrong. If it's a moon, it should be behind the clouds, not in front of them.

Don't forget the Swedish DVD cover of Pete's dragon. In the Swedish dub Pete is called Peter.

I really like the cover of Pete's dragon on the France VHS. Give it a little modern update, bright up the colors and it will look so good and cute on a new edition of the movie.

1. Zavvi Steelbook (UK)- It's just a little snazzier looking than the 3 #2s.
2. VHS / DVD / Blu-ray- The picture gives a good indication that it's partly animated and is a comedy.
3. Collector's Edition (France)
4. DVD (Australie)
5. Slipcover (France)
6. Special Edition (Belgium)- Uhhh, where is Roger?!?
7. Blu-ray Slipcover (UK)
8. Film + shorts VHS (UK)
9. Laserdisc- It's very clip-arty...

Who Framed Roger Rabbit:
1. Blu-ray Slipcover (UK)
2. Collector's Edition (France) (It looks really nice, but I also don't get why a book or journal would be a cover for this movie, which is why I rate it second)
3. DVD (Australia)
4. DVD

8. Collector's Edition (France) ~ This one is nice-looking, but doesn't really suit the film at all for me.
9. Special Edition (Belgium)
10. Film + shorts VHS (UK)
11. Slipcover (France)
It's a shame this film never received much variation in its covers.
