poor kiddo
Don´t worry all that much,boy
As it have been said before,no one will keep the ecord of who calls and from where or how many times.
I´m shure that if hey count something is just how many slipcovers you ask for--And based of wat I had read, they said is only three per person but they never follow the rule--
So don´t worry,my little one,the worse than could happen to you is that someone remember you(which is almost immposible, and you could say:"I´m not hatAlan, but I´m shure I want the slipcovers")
Read you later boy n_n

You mean caller i.d...
Ahh,
Alan.
Disney is a big company; I doubt they'd
only remember "Alan the 15 year old who kept calling." So if you drop the paranoia, I bet you'll feel comfortable to call!

do I have to call once a week, or can I call as many times as I want to in a week
and I also told them my last name
so they don't keep a record of received calls?
Yeah I called them, but instead of saying my name is "Alan", I said my name was "Al". And I hope my mom doesn't mind when it arrives in mail. And when it arrives, how big is the package and do they send it in the mail?
I have a question. I just ordered NEmo and sleeping beauty slipcovers, and they asked for my phone number. Do they still call you even though you ordered it?

They send it in the mail as mine was when I order The Lion King One And A Half and Aladdin which had been damaged by the letter carrier. It came intact the second time. I believe the sized is an oversized cardboard envelope so it can remain intact. The slipcovers come folded.
About the Finding Nemo slipcover, didn't yours have one when you bought it?

Nope. You can still find Finding Nemo with slipcovers. I bought mine at Wal-Mart and it had a slipcover. Just look around and you can still find Finding Nemo with a slipcover. The Real Canadian Superstore also has Finding Nemo with slipcovers. I know that store wouldn't be in the States as it's a Canadian store.

Is slipcases for Bambi still common?
And do they call you after you ordered your slipcases to confirm?

Yes for the 1st question, No to the second.
Take it easy! And patience* is a virtue.
*By patience, I mean not writing every single question in a single post down. Have you looked back at the previous pages of this thread?
Lastly, if the DVD has a slipcover, then yay. If not, then yay. At least you still have the DVD.
If Disney will give you a slipcover, then yay. If not, then "dust yourself off and try again."
I know how it feels
Al. I wanted my slipcovers too
before, but people are right...."at least you have the DVD and the movie and extras in it are what counts the most!"

Yes, because I have learned it's the inside that counts, not the outside.
Meaning--> this goes out to DISNEY: I WOULD VERY MUCH PREFER that you add in lots of BONUS FEATURES for your DVDs rather than making a slipcover. Otherwise your Disney DVD fans will bombard your phone lines with questions such as, "can I get my slipcover replaced?"

I AM SO PEEVED !

I called Disney Customer Service to get slipcovers for Mulan and The Incredibles. Well the lady that I spoke with said that it was their "New policy" to only give out slipcovers to those people who had received damaged ones. What is that all about?

It's always been like that; at least as long as I can remember. That's something that you have to lie about. When they ask you why you want the slipcover, you say that it was somehow damaged.

I think some of you people are abusing Disney's slipcover policy.

Hey, this wasn't answered in the previous pages, but when you call the number, what numbers do you press to get to the line where you order slipcovers? You know, when they ask "Press 1 if you want to....." "Press 2 if you want to......." etc.
EDIT: Nevermind, I found out.

So what is it? I guess I'm going to try and get a Mulan slipcover and a Finding Nemo one. Since so many people seem to be taking advantage of Disney's nice offer, and it seems like Disney is cracking down on requests, I might as well get in on the action as quick as possible.

When I was waiting for a reply to my question, I looked in this topic more carefully and saw RJKD23's post. Here:
RJKD23 wrote: 1.) Call 1-800-34763
2.) Press "6" for "other"
3.) Press "0" to reach someone.
Last time I called (5 days ago), I got a very nice lady who helped me with everything.
