I would love to see some Lucy but I doubt I would buy DVDs. I remember when they had it on W (women's network) a few years back and I saw a bunch of episodes and I thought they were hilarious!
For a classic sitcom I'm considering buying Honeymooners. That show just has something about it that draws me in so fast. Whenever I see it on I have to watch it all.

Well, since I seemed to have started something by asking which Lucy episodes DG has, I'll post mine:
TV Favorites: The Lucy Show
Disc 1:
Lucy and Jack Benny (also titled "Lucy Gets Jack Benny's Account")
Little Old Lady
Lucy & George Burns
Lucy Meets the Berles
Lucy Gets Trapped (MY FAVORITE!)
Disc 2:
Lucy the Babysitter
Lucy & Paul Winchell
Lucy Flies To London
Lucy The Bean Queen
Lucy Meets The Law
TV Favorites: The Lucy Show, Vol. 2 (I think this is the same one you have DG, except mine's not titled "Lucy's Lost Episodes")
Disc 1:
Lucy The Starmaker
Lucy Meets Robert Goulet
Lucy Gets a Roommate
Lucy & Carol in Palm Springs
Lucy's Barbershop Quartet
Disc 2:
Lucy & Viv Put in a Shower
Lucy's Substitute Secretary
Lucy and the French Movie Star
Main Street U.S.A.
Lucy Meets Sheldon Leonard
I also have this 4-disc set called "TV Classics - Collector's Edition: The Lucy Show", which contains all the episodes from the other sets I listed (except for "Main Street USA"), and the following:
Disc 1:
(all from the previous sets)
Disc 2:
Lucy And John Wayne
Lucy The Fight Manager
(5 from the previous sets)
Disc 3:
Lucy Gets Caught In The Draft
Lucy And Pat Collins
Viv Visits Lucy
Lucy Meets Tennessee Ernie Ford
(3 from the previous sets)
Disc 4:
Mooney The Monkey
Lucy And The Ring-A-Ding Ring
Lucy And The Submarine
(4 from the previous sets)
I'd return the 2-disc sets I have since the 4-disc had them all, plus the 9 not in the 2-discs, but since the 4-disc doesn't have "Main Street USA", I don't want to sell them.
So it looks like the following 30 episodes are in public domain since they seem to be readily available:
Lucy Gets Jack Benny's Account
Little Old Lady
Lucy & George Burns
Lucy Meets the Berles
Lucy Gets Trapped
Lucy the Babysitter
Lucy & Paul Winchell
Lucy Flies To London
Lucy The Bean Queen
Lucy Meets The Law
Lucy The Starmaker
Lucy Meets Robert Goulet
Lucy Gets a Roommate
Lucy & Carol in Palm Springs
Lucy's Barbershop Quartet
Lucy & Viv Put in a Shower
Lucy's Substitute Secretary
Lucy and the French Movie Star
Main Street U.S.A.
Lucy Meets Sheldon Leonard
Lucy And John Wayne
Lucy The Fight Manager
Lucy Gets Caught In The Draft
Lucy And Pat Collins
Viv Visits Lucy
Lucy Meets Tennessee Ernie Ford
Mooney The Monkey
Lucy And The Ring-A-Ding Ring
Lucy And The Submarine
Lucy And Phil Silvers
I guess the only one out of the 30 I don't have is "Lucy And Phil Silvers".
Also, yesterday I bought Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure for $9.44 and Cartoon Craze, Vol. 10 - Gabby and Friends: It's A Hap, Hap, Happy Day for $1.
Watched B&T last night. It was most excellent.

Today I went out to spend some cash. I got the Family Guy Freakin' Sweet collection, 8 Mile, and a special edition of Space Jam.
I'm having difficulty finding The Triplets of Belleville.

Well, I didn't buy it but I got Anchorman on DVD from my grandmother's live in nurse for a late Xmas present... The movie is ridiculously stupid but kinda funny at times so I guess I'll keep it but then again I might take it to CD warehouse and trade it in for $8.00.

This is a little bittersweet for me, as its the last Animated Classic DVD already released that I wanted for my collection. That means the only other ones I'm going to purchase are the forthcoming Platinums/SEs! A little chunk of excitement has been taken out of my Disney collecting.

Just Myself wrote:Harry Potter Year's 1-3 Widescreen Trilogy- I can finally sell my sh!tty foolscreen versions!
This reminds me... I really need to buy the widescreen version of the first film and get rid of my fullscreen DVD (and the same goes for my fs
The Mummy Returns while I'm at it...).
I don't think I'd be able to sell it, though, cause I don't know anyone who watches films in modified fullscreen editions. Hmm... dilemma.
