YAY!!!
I hope it comes down in price a tad, although I guess $30 for 62 songs makes sense.

I ordered the Complete Collection CD this morning!

So happy.
It's pricey, but, what with it being made upon order like the first CD release a year or so ago, I knew the price wouldn't come down by waiting. The old CD is still the same $13.98 it was the day it first became available.

I'm so excited to listen to the music again. Plus, I believe there are a couple deleted songs/demos.

I'm glad this is finally being released! To think for a while there it looked like there wouldn't be physical release for either the music or the show, and now we've got both.
Especially nice to be able to listen to the music the way it was in the show (the album collection has re-recordings that were noticably different in spots; "A New Season" was the one that hit me the most)

Apart from answering
questions about Tangled on Twitter for its 10th anniversary, Glenn Slater also replied to some questions about
Galavant:
How much caffeine went into Time is of the Essence? Also, how's the pace when working on projects like Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure compared to Galavant?
So much caffeine! Not just for that song, but in general. If I accidentally cut myself shaving, coffee grounds come out.

How does the Disney songwriting experience differ from writing for stage musicals or other production companies? Or say, compared with Galavant?
As you can see from some of the other answers I've been giving, the main difference is a) just how collaborative the process is for animation - for stage musicals, the songwriters are for the most part calling the shots, in film, we're just one cog in the machine, and... b) just how long and arduous the process is, as opposed to television, which is super-fast. For "Galavant", we had to write 35 songs in 2 months...and then again for season 2 That's practically a song every other day...so, no time for even a second draft, let alone 20.
That is impressive, especially because each Galavant song turned out to be a little jewel! Some of them are still my favourite earworms, and listening to them always makes me feel better whenever I'm anxious or stressed out. So, thank you very much for all this!
We were operating on pure adrenaline. The deadlines were so tight - but sometimes those restrictions give you the push you need...
We had to get King Richard's Season 1 final ballad out the door at 1 pm on a Friday, and at noon I still didn't have anything because I couldn't figure out how to make it funny. As the clock kept ticking, Alan finally said, "don't make its funny, just write a simple lullaby"...
Something clicked, and twenty minutes later I handed Alan the lyric for "Goodnight My Friend". We got the demo in just under deadline. Still not quite sure where it came from - but somehow, despite operating in a blind frenzy, every word feels right.

They wrote "Goodnight, My Friend" in less than an hour... I think I need a lie-down. (And then Timothy Omundson sent it into the stratosphere.)
Well...its a bit of a fudge. The melody already existed. In fact, we had used it for a comedy song between Galavant and Sid in Ep 3! Which we cut. When we needed the lullaby, Alan went back to the melody...which I my mind was an mid-tempo comedy duet! But he was convinced that it would work better as a ballad. Moral of the story: ignore Alan Menken's musical instincts at your own peril! He's almost always right!

So what are the chances & how soon could we expect Galavant the broadway musical, cuz that seems like a has-to-be. I'd love a revival of the series too, cuz it is a beautiful, wondrous event that we need more of.
We all talk about it, all the time! The bottleneck is on the Disney end - we can't do it without them, and...apparently it's not a huge priority for them at the moment. We can't even get it onto Disney+, let alone Broadway!

I would love to watch this on Disney+ so I can finally see it (we only have streaming, not regular TV, so I didn't see it before). Is it too risque for Disney+? Was another production company involved? (Looking online, besides Disney were River Studios & Rhode Island Ave Productions; could they be preventing it from coming to D+?)

I thought "Galavant" might still be on Netflix, but I just found out it was removed in September. Here's hoping the show appears on Disney+ one day.

Had a stray thought about Galavant: I’m surprised that, as trigger happy as Disney is in greenlighting literally *anything* they can think of for Disney+, that they haven’t considered reviving Galavant on Disney+ yet… I would love that if they could get all the main actors back.
For that matter, I wouldn’t mind if the Tangled series came back to life on Disney+ either. They’d have to think of a totally new storyline to drive it, and set it post-"Tangled Ever After," but it would be so worth it.

Maybe now that This Is Us is ending, it can actually happen.

Some Hulu series, like The Mysterious Benedict Society or Only Murders in the Building, have been released on Disney+ here in Spain, so I hope Galavant is added to the service here as well. That way, I'd finally be able to watch it. I've listened to the songs, but I've never actually watched the show.

That's interesting; "The Mysterious Benedict Society" is a Disney+ show in the US. My parents have Hulu so I'll be able to finally see "Galavant." I guess sometimes there's no rhyme or reason to releasing on Hulu vs Disney+?

I hope so~! They could have a 2-hour movie if nothing else that would give a better resolution than we ended up with. Resolving Madalena's storyline, and actually having the trio that dominated the first season in the same room again for one thing.

Oh, it's true! I remembered it wrong. It was originally announced as a Hulu show, but was moved to Disney+ before its release.

I was very surprised to hear Luke Youngblood (Sid from Galavant) during Hogwarts Legacy! He played one of the centaurs. That was the first I'd seen him (or heard him) in anything else since Galavant actually. Quite interesting how the world can turn sometimes; I wouldn't have expected to see Zachary Levi end up in a big film like Shazam! either.
Mrs. Patmore from Downton Abbey[.i]'s actress is also in this, but I've seen her in other things since DA (OUAT, Father Brown).
