I Am Missing The Slipcovers For Finding Nemo And The lion King 2:Simba's Pride.
I recently called on Tuesday to get my slipcover for The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride and they are going to send it to me between 7-14 business days.

You should definitely be able to get a slip-cover for TLK2. Nemo is no longer produced w/ and hasn't been for awhile, so I don't know if they'll send you that one (Disney stops the slip-covers a few months after release on most of their titles now).
Luke- do you know if TLK2 will be losing its slip cover since it's only a few months away from going OOP anyways?

I thought The Lion King, The Lion King: 2 Simba's Pride and The Lion King 1 1/2 will be OOP at the end of January 2005.

Right, MMP, so, just a few months, then (4, in fact).

Hi guys! I just bought Beauty and the Beast from somebody on ebay and it came to me pretty scratched up. I called the number, and they sent me a replacement slipcover! It'll arrive in 7 to 14 days! It's good customer service like that which gives me hope for the future.

Sorry I missed your question. I have no idea, but based on your logic, I'd say it'll probably have a slipcover through when it officially goes OOP. But then I don't know how long the others' slipcovers have stuck around. I think The Lion King's is indefinitely around, whereas 1.5 was probably only a few months?

could someone post a picture of the Beauty and the Beast slipcover?
I preordered mine at amazon.com back then and it arrived just a plain DVD-case.

All mine have their covers: Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty and Finding Nemo.
As soon as I can I'll be ordering A Bug's Life from the Disney Movie CLub and I hope it comes with it too; since once Disney sent me Alice without. Anyways, A Bug's Life is the only I haven't seen without the cover.

Just a friendly little bump to reflect that I have just updated the list to include Aladdin.

Mulan has one, but it does NOT open like a book! Just letting you biblio-packaging-philes know so that you're not disappointed in a couple of weeks.

The main point is that at least Mulan has a slipcover not like other Disney titles.

And for when can we expect your massive review on the DVD, Luke?

aw but then what's the point in the slipcover, it's just gonna be a cardboard twin of the cover...that's just sad

Probably Tuesday, I'm thinking. Although the review is coming along pretty quickly, so it could be before that. But I'd count on Tuesday.
