To those thinking about getting the Russel or Dug bottle heads, got some into. Apparently they are from a Canadian promotion from some bread company.

why are there still a few movies out there (in particular, some of the older films like "that darn cat" and "In search of the castaways" that aren't eligible for rewards points? I almost bought these movies yesterday (love Haley mills Disney movies) but they aren't eligible. It'd be nice if Disney would acknowledge these older films.

^It's hit or miss with old movies. Like the special edition of The Love Bug is not on the list, but some of the sequels are.

Yup there is also a Carl one too. I got all 3 during the promotion last year.

If you're buying James & The Giant Peach blu ray combo pack the coupon is up. You need to type in the dvd or blu ray code from a previous release in your DMR account. Here is a UPC to use: 717951009388

August 3rd is the release date. I should have said dvd or vhs UPC not blu ray since this'll be its first blu release.

And you're welcome.

I tried entering the bottom part of the UPC code in from my dvd copy, but it did not take it. Maybe I should try the UPC code from my VHS copy instead.

Ugh... still no TS3 posters.

Did DMR recently bring back some of it's once-eligible DVDs? All of a sudden I see Melody Time, Make Mine Music, Fun and Fancy Free, Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

Were these ineligible for a period of time?

Because I bought many of them brand new from walmart.com and was dismayed they didn't have codes.

I saved the receipts for half a year but when DMR never added them, I tossed all the receipts.

Now it says they're eligible? What the heck? Since when? And now a bunch of points I can't get...

I don't know if the above titles used to be ineligible or not (I do notice other catalog titles are gone now), but what happened to the effective dates? Now it just says "Available Now" under each title. Does that mean we can dig out our receipts on decade-old DVDs and claim them as long as they're on the list? :D

On a separate note, I successfully claimed points on a pair of movie tickets for the first time since they changed the website / method to uploading pictures. From some of the comments here I was afraid it would take weeks, but the points are already in my account (uploaded Saturday, processed Tuesday). I much prefer this method -- no more spending a buck to mail a stub or two to the States, or waiting until I have enough stubs to make it worthwhile. ;)

When you go to submit a missing code, it does pop up with an eligibility date. So the receipt must be from that date to the present.

It just pisses me off I held onto my receipts for 6 months, then it said I had maxed out my total missing code submissions so I tossed the receipts, and now they are allowing submissions again. That's probably 400 or so points I lost.

For of those of you who entered movie tickets for Toy Story 3, how long did it take for points to show up on your account? I am just curious because I submitted tickets for both The Sorcerer's Apprentice and Toy Story 3 on the same day. The points for The Sorcerer's Apprentice were already added to my account. The points for Toy Story 3 have not. I just wanted to know if anyone experienced something like that.

I've experienced the same problem, and I sent them an e-mail about it, and they said that they're sorry they did not receive my ticket stubs, but didn't tell me how to get the points. So I sent them the picture again, but I'm not sure if it will work.

Me too. Since it's been about a month since I sent my Toy Story 3 stubs, I emailed them about my status and they replied that they never received them but that I could re-submit them. I emailed them a second time explaining that I wrote really big, in pen, the submission number on the tickets (so I'm not sure how I can re-submit them unless they can give me my original submission number). Either way, it sounds like there is an bug in the Toy Story 3 submission page that doesn't affect the other movie ticket submissions.

I'll let everyone know what they say if they get back to me.

Me, either. I'm holding onto them until I know that there aren't any issues...but then it'll probably be too late...

I got my TS3 points added to my DMR account in about 3 days. Didn't have a problem submitting the ticket stubs.
