Why do they constantly get Rapunzel's dress wrong in merchandise and even the TV series? There is supposed to be a darker purple section down the middle of Rapunzel's skirt!

That's true! I noticed that sometimes they get the colors wrong on various Disney characters and not just Cinderella.
For instance I have this Beast pop whose cape is blue while it should be purple:

Do we know when the new Fantasia Pops are coming, and if they'll be sold everywhere? I haven't been spending money on "fun" stuff besides my husband's bday presents, but I think the Chernabog Pop would look great next to my Horned King!

cute! but they wasted two spots on pointless Mickey recolors that could have gone to Ben Ali or one of the centurettes. Also is that black pegasus just a recolor of Herc's Pegasus?

Also looove the new Rapunzel with the cute lantern but I already have the 2nd release which is almost identical to this one so...pass.

No. You know, I'm actually surprised they gave it white eyes. I assumed they learned not to do that a while back, since they gave the first Goofy white eyes, but every version of him after was designed in a way to give him black eyes instead (I think because many found the white eyes creepy). Hmm.

A Pepita Pop from Coco is coming to Boxlunch later this month. I really like it, but probably not enough to pay to import it.

Was the boxed Mowgli/Kaa Pop posted later? I didn't see it last time, just the cut-off picture. I really like it. Sigh, if that was out this past weekend, maybe I would have ponied up $ for that + Chernabog during Hot Topic's sale.

Yes, I edited my post. I felt it was pointless to make a new one when the old one was the last, but now I understand that maybe I should have so it would have shown that there's a new post.

No worries- I don't mind that you posted it in the same post!! That made sense to do. I just didn't know if I had missed it.

My Ratigan *finally* came today... The release date had been pushed back again to 10/17, so it was a happy surprise when I opened the mailbox today. Just as good in-person as the pictures.

So I guess it's just Chernabog left for me to get this year. Even if The Sword in the Stone pops are finally revealed this year, at the rate TGMD took to come out, I don't expect TSitS to be available until February-April. I figure because of the pandemic slowing things down. I'm actually fine with that because it feels like there have been so many albums coming out this year. What I've saved in pops, I've spent on music.

^ Just my luck, a week when I might have a few extra bucks, the TGMD Pops are released, and I canceled my order a while back. Oh well. I still want to get Chernabog at some point, too.

(If you ever feel like posting about your music purchases in a music thread, I'd at least be interested! )

Yeah, you're right, they get the colors wrong a lot of times in Disney merch actually. Why is his Cape blue? Lol. It does remind me of how in Beauty and the Beast only Belle and the Beast wear blue.
