A couple of days ago, I was in contact with Disney movie insiders about an order (the turning red Blu-ray/DVD combo which hadn’t shipped I ordered it a week earlier. They said they were having technical problems, and I currently cannot log on to it on Safari on iPhone, nor can I enter any new codes even when using it on Google Chrome. If anyone can please let me know if they hear or know any other updates about this, it will be truly grateful and appreciated

It must be similar to the issue Disney Movie Club is having; they sent this email out a couple days ago:
Due to a technical issue with our third-party operations vendor, we are currently unable to enroll new members, or process Featured Title orders and online orders for current Disney Movie Club members.
Confirmed orders placed before November 17 have been processed and shipped. If you have not received a shipment confirmation, rest assured your order has been received and will ship as soon as we are able.
While the customer care center is currently unavailable, members can continue to respond to Featured Title offers via the automated phone system at 1-800-382-4527.
Our team is working hard to resolve this issue, and we appreciate our members' patience. We will be happy to address all member needs when we are able. Please check back to the Disney Movie Club website for updates.

Not that it helps you, Patricier21, or anyone else trying to use DMR or DMC, but this third party payment issue is affecting theme park passholders as well. I'm assuming it's all the same issue.

Also, is anyone else having problems getting onto Disney+? On my Sony Bravia TV, click the app and it just loads and won’t show up? Another connected issue?
