Just submitted points through a link in an email stating that I received points. It says I got them, but they don’t show up on my account points history?Is anyone else experiencing any problems like that recently or before?

Well, I had once put in movie codes and the points didn't show up because I didn't know you could only submit 5 codes per days at the time. I asked customer service about it and they made sure I got my points. You could always contact them about this, perhaps they'd be able to help.

I tried checking out the DMI app for new rewards, but I got a message stating that "this app has been sunset". Does anyone else see the same?

It did link me to their website, and you can find the Little Mermaid remake soundtrack on blue vinyl for 2600 points for anyone interested.

Yes, I got that message too. I wonder if it was too expensive to keep both the app & website going...?

I'm wondering if they're phasing out DMI, and they're starting by retiring the app. If this is the case, I hope we find out soon, because I was hoping to use my points to renew my D23 membership again next year. If this won't last by that point, I'll use the points I have to get the Walt Disney Studios book.
