Dream On S1&2(Loomis will like that one, lots of boobies)
Wow, you know me so well! :)

That's a fine selection of films there, Triple J. I hadn't heard of Dream On before, although reading about it on Amazon, it does sound like the sort of thing I like. Not just the boobies and potty-mouth either.

Today I decided to walk off Christmas food and trotted four or five miles or so into town. Whilst there, I wondered into the shops and got these in the January sales*:

Mulan: Special Edition

Monsters Inc: 2 Disc Collector's Edition

Casablanca: Special Edition

Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

Peter Pan (after some persuasion from fellow UDers, I decided to pick this up whilst I could.)

*Yes, it's pretty strange to have a January sale when it's still December, but what do you expect from the wacky old English?

Beach Party (1963)
Bikini Beach (1964)
Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine - Midnite Movies (1965)
Ghost of Dragstrip Hollow (1959) / Ghost in the Invisible Bikini, The (1966) - Midnite Movies Double Feature

But starting next year, I am cutting back on my dvd collecting almost entirely, I need to really get to saving for College, and other stuff.

Actually I got it because it is an extremely well written and witty show. Quite mature for TV. I remember it right after I got out of high school in the mid 80s. The boobies are a great bonus though.

Didja get the single disc or two-disc Sound of Music, Wonderlicious?

Anyways, I bought a used copy of Ghost for $7.99

And found The Girl Next Door (R and Unrated) at Target on sale for $10.

What's the difference anyway between the rated and unrated versions?

From the last few days worth of posts, people seem to think I'm a tubby, sex crazed potato man.

Some of that may be true actually...

Besides it says SFX in the clouds, and I'm not that fond of SFX :D

I got the 2 Disc version. It was the same price as the single disc version (only £7.99 including posting and packaging) and was obviously of better quality, so I went for that. :D

Plus, I got The Sword in the Stone for a meer £11.99 (around $20), which is good considering that I live in Rip Off Britain.

Coolness, DG. Does it have "Lucy Gets Trapped"? That's one of my favorites, along with "Lucy Flies to London" and "Lucy the Bean Queen".

Anyways, I didn't get new DVDs, but I just gotta say GND was definitely a waste of money. Silly little movie, so-so actors, inane plot (straight-A guy meets girl, falls in love, finds out she's porn star, then obsesses over her, and somehow they end up having to make some porn video at the high school during prom, and in the end, he makes lots of money from it because it's educational.). I'm probably going to return it, or maybe sell it at a used DVD place.
