Prince Phillip wrote:I think a cool cover would have Cinderella dressed in rags on the floor holding up a bubble, and in the bubble you would see the castle, and outside the castle would be her coach. Underneath the bubble would be the Cinerella title and Lady Tramaine would be in the bottom corner, and if neccessary, Lucifer could be at her feet glaring at the mice in the opposite corner.... I wish I could illustrate what I'm thinking, but o well...

If you're wondering what Cinderella holding the bubble would look like, go here http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 51676&rd=1
That sounds cool! I always liked the "Sing Sweet Nightingale" segment.

Wow now that is an aswome idea for a cover I could totaly see it. And in a way it fits almost every part of her Character. I mean she is not all glamed up in the movie. You could so work for Disney Cover Art people. :D

[quote="Uncle Remus"]yeah the 5th cover looks like Cinderella is getting ready to eat the glass slipper.[quote]

After looking them over again, I pick the 4th cover as my favorite.

Oh and I really like Prince Phillip's idea for a cover too!

Thanks guys! :D

I wish I was in charge of the cover arts, well really I wish I were in charge of the whole company. These executives from high up in the disney store branch of the company came by our store today, and one told me I should send in my resume, because Eisners job may be open soon, but I think she was just kidding. :|

Anyway, this is definately a release I am highly anticipating!

From what I hear there is a wealth of bonus features that could fit on a the upcoming 2 disc set!

Add to this a commentary track (and make the galleries virtual), and you've got yourself an awesome Cinderella DVD. Unlike Alice, I trust Disney to port over pretty much everything from the LD since they successfully have done so with Snow White and Sleeping Beauty.

I agree. This is all the stuff Snow White had and doubt they'll do a shoddy job of putting it together. The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast are still much more recent than Snow White and Cinderella so all the extras from this LD are valuable historical pieces. I think they'll definitely include them on the DVD.

Wow now this is thrillings news my VHS Cinderella gave out ab out a year ago and now that I am older I truly enjoy watching the all the extra fetrues on how the movies were created so I hope that Cinderella's reasle is GRAND and that they use a lot of the stuff from the laser disc.
