No. THIS is good news:

This is ridiculous. I'm so sick of Pixar shoving any film that isn't Toy Story or Cars-related into their shadows.. And by the way, I'd rather have an Inside Out sequel than another Toy Story. :(

What part of "no more sequels after 2019" don't you get?

I think it’s more of a “no sequels for x amount of years” situation. There will definitely be more sequels at some point.

Yeah, but they aren't necessarily even committing to something like that. They're basically just saying that, at the moment, their plans after The Incredibles 2 in 2019 do not include sequels. From the article, it seems that we'll maybe get two originals in a row after The Incredibles 2, but the two "highly likely" originals after that, even if they do materialize, could easily get a sequel or two squeezed in front of them. They are quite far off, after all. But it'd be great if they could really actually end up with four originals in a row.

I'd actually be open to an Inside Out sequel. I think there's a lot of potential there, so if another property has to be contract seqeulitis, I'd like it to be that one. Please no Ratatouille, WALL-E, or Up, please.

I don't think it's so much pushing them into the shadows as much as they're unsure how to pursue a sequel. Pete Docter has an original project he's working on, so an Inside Out sequel probably isn't something he's thinking about.

And in the case of a movie like Wall-E, there's little room for a sequel since the end credits already go into detail about what Earth becomes after the humans and other robots return. Those credits were made so Stanton could assure the audience that the humans would turn out okay.

You're ridiculous for wanting more sequels. We've have enough planned and released to last us a while.

Kyle, I'm moreso annoyed that Toy Story and Cars are the only ones getting more unnecessary sequels because I'm more interested in seeing how the transfer to laughter energy is affecting other monsters in the Monster World than going on another adventure with the toys.

We don't need to know anymore about the end of the first Monsters Inc.

Is Christopher Nolan directing this installment? Are they still spies? Is Mater dead?

So many questions.

Please let Mater be dead

That... was a very surprisingly dark teaser.

Which was one of the big issues with the last film. Looks like nothing has changed.

Yes, the teaser was a bit dark, but I liked it. It made me a bit more interested in the film.

New characters and some of the voice cast. Are they seriously going to do the cutesy wutsy girl and the douchebag guy for Cruz and McQueen?   Because that trope is so old now.

It's Rapunzel and Flynn in car form! Yeah, that trope is incredibly trite and banal by now but I don't expect anything else from WDAS/Pixar anymore. They're literally incapable of telling a story that doesn't involve an unlikely duo going on a road trip.
