I ordered one too, for my daughter to stick on her door. :) Also, I gave a false phone number. A lot of these give aways is just a way to get your info to call you at 7AM on a Saturday morning.

I'm very happy to see this thread has calmed down since this morning. I'll congratulate Obama and his supporters, but I gotta admit, if I were of age I would have been voting for McCain and Palin yesterday.

Dude, I just had an amazing thought:

MARY POPPINS FOR 2012!

Hell, if Pooh can run for president, than Mary can!

I love it, dude!

Actually, before the election, the Half Price Books store was giving out free buttons. One of them was:

"POPPINS - 2008 - The winds of change."

:D

Seriously, I don't mean to open a wound here, but I wanted to share a news story...

Thanks for the link, Siren. It's interesting... I was just thinking to myself that I wanted to hear more reactions to Obama's win and a second later I logged into the forum and saw your post! Must have been on the same wavelength. Thanks. :)

I'm not afraid to say that I voted for Chuck Baldwin; a candidate that actually believes that the government should be run in accordance with the constitution. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened since JFK was President.
