Hey buddy, just letting you know "irregardless" is incorrect and the proper word is "regardless". If you look up "irregardless" you'll see. Just trying to help out.
It looks to me like Alice in Wonderland has just been brightened with Alice's hair
extremely bright and that's it? Actually, it looks a lot like the way it first looked on DVD! So maybe Alice's latest restoration is actually correct?

No. Look at the sky, it is extremely purple when it should be grey

In that one picture it looks purple. But what if it is supposed to be purple? You know, sometimes the sky is purple at sunrise or sunset. I know it was gray in all the other restorations, it's just that maybe they got the colors right this time. I am defending it because it would be very hard for film restorers to make one part of a background a certain color, unlike re-coloring flat, one color areas in the animation. I am also defending it because that seems like the only thing that might be wrong. Everything else looks pretty good.

Oops! Sorry about that, thanks

.
Looking at it I can see changes were made but it's not THAT bad IMO.
I'm actually watching the film right now and I did notice the red rose's face is so saturated I couldn't see the facial movements except for the part where she's holding her head near Alice's, otherwise it looks like a blinding red light XP. I forgot about that, so yes it isn't perfect.
Still, it looks gorgeous.

Coincidentally, I started watching Alice last night, and I think it looks great. In those DVDBeaver screenshots, the newest release most matches the Gold Collection disc...

Yes, that's what I thought, that it matches the first time it came to DVD most.
However, Disney should not be oversaturating the colors, or DNR-ing or whatever it is that makes you not able to see the movements in the animation like the rose's face! DISNEY PLEASE STOP DOING THAT!!! PLEASE FIX ALICE IN WONDERLAND!!!
Hey, maybe farerb was right that the purple sky should be gray! I don't know, backgrounds are different than animation.

Some people who have DMC membership claimed that Cinderella is listed as coming soon.

OMG YAAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!!! AND I LOVE THE LOGO!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much farerb for making my night!!!!! I wonder what the "exclusive" is?!!! Is that a lithograph?! And you know, I thought we should be hearing what's coming yesterday or soon!!!!! Because of how many months The Little Mermaid was announced before it came out.

New releases from DMC have been coming with free lithographs (if selected at checkout). So we are getting TJB + Cinderella??!!

Awesome!!!!!

The logo looks great. We should be getting new info (i.e cover art, press release) next month, if it gets released in June. If I remember correctly, The Little Mermaid's cover was revealed 2 months before the release.

The Jungle Book is a DMC exclusive like 101 Dalmatians was.

So we'll find out soon if it's going to get a new restoration. If it doesn't now, I worry it never will. :/

Take this with a grain a salt, but the upcoming Cinderella Signature Edition MIGHT have a new transfer!:

I'm hopeful at least! I wonder if the DMC lithograph might be a hint, too; is it me or do the colors look different than the Platinum / Diamond there?

Omg!!! I'm the happiest boy in the world right now just at the hope it is getting the right restoration! And yes, Cinderella's hair looks yellower in the lithograph? If it is a lithograph. I don't know if yellower is right, but it could be. She has like brownish orangeish blonde hair.

So glad to hear the rumored news about the Cinderella restoration. I trust anything that PrueFever says though so I'm really psyched for this! I don't go by lithograph images but I definitely hope the restoration doesn't resemble that.

This is awesome news. I hope the dress transformation scene will be complete, with all the special effects intact.

Ooooooh..... very excited already. If this is true, Cinderella might be the one Signature release I rush off to buy...
Now... if they only included the original spanish sub, I would be truly happy. Not gonna happen, though it is legally possible for them to do so.
