Sadness. According to the website, the Paypal Plug-in is "No Longer Available".

If you bought them after they were added to the eligibility list (http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/eligible-titles), then you can claim points for them -- no matter how long ago they were purchased -- as long as you still have the receipt.

But if you bought them before they were added to the list, or of course before the DMR program even started, then no. Otherwise everyone here would have tons of DVDs to retroactively claim! :)

Which, in all fairness, we should be able to do. Right now there's a much larger pool of great Disney films for new DMR members to add to their collections and get points for. These new buyers spent no more money than we did for the same DVD's, and in all likelihood may even be spending less for them, but getting a benefit out of them that we didn't/cannot.

But, whatever, it's a moot point, just felt like jumping in and griping a bit :)

Does anyone have a contact number for DMR? I have tried writing them but getting no response in regards to not being able to print out my other coupon for TS3. Thanks.

Best to give them a phone call. 1-866-246-8646. You could grow old waiting for a response from the contact form.

After 2 1/2 weeks I have a shipping notice for the Princess Scooter (finally). Thought it would come by UPS Ground but it says it is coming by media mail. :? How does Disney consider a 3 wheel scooter Media? Well, hopefully it will get here in time for my niece's birthday in late May.

I was looking through the new rewards, and lo and behold, look what I found.
http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/re ... ragon-dvds

It's a DVD combo set of Donald in MathMagic Land, and The Reluctant Dragon

I've noticed that Margos expressed an interest in this, and so did other members. It's 1250 points.

Other new rewards include an Oceans poster, Ratatouille Herb Seed Growers, a solar powered Mickey analog watch, a Schoolhouse Rock! Earth DVD, and a Those Calloways DVD.

Dang. :( I guess this means that the DuckTales movie isn't coming back.

Thanks for thinking of me, SmartAleck! :D
I did get the Treasures set on Amazon already, though... Didn't think it would be coming back out again and besides, 3 episodes of Disneyland in the mix made it pretty worthwhile.

Just a question... About how often do rewards get removed from the site? Is it random, or, for example, are they removed a month after they were put on?

Posted: Fri Apr 16, 2010 3:21 pm
by pvdfan
^It's random. Some stuff stays out of stock for weeks-months and then gets pulled. Other times, things are out of stock and removed within 2-3 weeks.

Buffalobill mentioned the Princess scooter. I never saw that on DMR and it isn't there now. Must have gone out of stock quickly.

Got my Stub/Little Dog Lost DVD 2 pack today. :) I'm sure at least one of them comes with DMR points, too. Still no word on the Alice ticket stubs I sent in way back when the movie came out though.

Just got the most recent members-only e-mail. I'm not digging the new system for the 5 bonus points. You now must click a link in the e-mail and then log-in with that same e-mail account. Makes it just that much harder to get the points for my fiancees and my accounts.

Well, something good has come out of the new site. Expired codes can be entered in. I FINALLY entered in my POTC3 code, because of the new rule. Hooray! :D
