Great to have more Disney Fans on this forum,
Flit!

Im just curious, what makes Flit your ultimate favourite disney character?

Regarding the stubborness, my fav character is probably Merryweather
Flit’s my ultimate favorite character mostly because of his loyalty to Pocahontas and his stubborn personality. There’s also a nostalgia factor; I was a young boy when Pocahontas came out and I remember drawing pictures of Flit because I liked him so much. I still have the drawings

thats really sweet

and yeah nostalgia is really powerful. I guess thats why Rapunzel is one of my fav characters, since Tangled was one of my first flicks I saw in theatres and all the memories surrounding it. Plus she has iconic golden hair

What a great topic! I’ve loved reading the previous posts!
Personally, I remember being sick when I was a toddler and my grandmother bringing me a TYCO doll of Ariel and the VHS of The Little mermaid! That’s what introduced me to the classics of animation from what I remember. Then came the dolls and copies of Cinderella, Snow White and Belle.

Some relevant information I'd like to share about myself, if I finally become a regular poster:
- As of this writing, I've seen all but three of the Disney Animated Canon movies spanning Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to Encanto. My favorite entry is Beauty and the Beast, while The Lion King marks the overall first film I can recall watching in a theater.
- I first visited Ultimate Disney when a search for information on the Alice in Wonderland Masterpiece Edition DVD led me towards Kelvin Cedeño's review.
- I've visited Disneyland and Walt Disney World four times each, and would choose the Haunted Mansion as my favorite ride.
- I have a Dave Bautista avatar as an expression of my Pinoy Pride.
- Some of my interests aside from movies include video games (my newest console is a Nintendo Switch 2) and Lego.

Which three are the ones you haven't watched yet? Disney Animation has put out 4 movies since Encanto.

Meet the Robinsons and Bolt both came out while I was in high school, when I felt like I should either outgrow or at least take a break from contemporary Disney animation. (It didn't help when some Disney Adventures comics spoiled Wilbur's future to me.) I haven't seen Ralph Breaks the Internet or the post-Encanto DAC movies because I've read/heard mixed-to-negative things about most of them, although I've considered streaming Zootopia 2 to see if it deserved to become WDAS' top-grosser worldwide. However, first I'd need to revisit Zootopia, which I haven't seen in years.
