Hello Everybody!
After lurking in this forum since 2021, I finally made up my mind to make an account here!
Ahhhh! My heart is pounding!

Let me introduce myself:
I became a fan of Disney thanks to watching my favorite Pixar movie when I was younger, Finding Nemo. I watched it a lot, and when I found the bonus features in my Finding Nemo dvd, I became invested in the making of the movie. It made me became an animation fan. After that, I watched other Disney/Pixar movies, Bolt, The Princess and the Frog, Toy Story 3, Tangled, Brave, Wreck-It-Ralph, Frozen, etc. I’m more of a Disney/Pixar animation fan rather than a Disney live-action one, though I do like the Marvel movies (hope they upgrade their quality…). Also, I grew up in the Disney Revival era unlike you guys who grew up in the Disney Renaissance and/or other Disney eras.

Anyway, I love this forum since I can talk about my love of Disney and converse with other Disney fans around the world.

I've been in this forum for some months now and I visit it almost daily, I never introduced myself or commented here, but I love reading you all!
I have always loved Disney, ever since I was a little girl, but my love for the company grew up when I found a small community of Disney bloggers back in 2013, where I became more invested in its productions (especially animated movies and series). My favorite movie is Who Framed Roger Rabbit, followed by Zootopia, although I have a soft spot for Frozen, too.
My opinion on the company nowadays is, well, complicated. I still enjoy most of the new movies, but I feel it's lacking the creativity it used to have; hopefully that'll change in a near future .
I may not comment too much, but I'm glad to be here!

After lurking these forums for many, many years I figured it was time to finally join in.

Disney has always been a constant in my life. I have a sister who is 6 years older than me so I grew up watching Disney movies since before I can remember. This means that while I grew up with the renaissance, I also hold a special place in my heart for many of the older movies. The first movie I watched in theatres was The Lion King and it remains my number 1 Disney favourite.
Growing up I had a huge VHS collection of the animated movies (I'm trying to match it with DVDs but it's been difficult), I had toys, books, cassettes and I was also a big fan of the Italian comics.
I am lucky enough to have been to Disneyland Paris three times in my life and to have experienced the Halloween event twice, and I hope I can go back and hopefully one day experience the Christmas season as well.
Whenever a new movie came out my parents would take my sister and I, it was always a whole event. Now that my nephews are old enough to go to the movies we're hoping to pick up the tradition again.

Disney animation holds a big part of the credit for my love for animation as a medium, musicals, storytelling and the arts in general. I don't think I ever had a phase when my love for it diminished even if my sentiments for Disney as a company have had their ups as down. I also mourn 2D animation every day T_T

Hello everyone, merry meetings. I just discovered this forum, but I've been a Disney fan since youth. I was born in '87, growing up I loved "Pocahontas," "The Jungle Book," "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Fox & the Hound," and "The Lion King." My favorite character in all Disney lore is the beautiful and very stubborn hummingbird, Flit.

I'm also a lover of "The Lord of the Rings," "TMNT," "X-Men," and the MCU.

I hope to have some great discussions here.

Great to have more Disney Fans on this forum, Flit! Im just curious, what makes Flit your ultimate favourite disney character?
Regarding the stubborness, my fav character is probably Merryweather
