Previews I can remember off hand: Tangled, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Alpha and Omega (about wolves I think), a teaser for the Smurfs movie......

I think Day and Night was a little too long (my 6 year old niece was getting impatient for the movie to begin, so it was rather long for her). We saw the 2D version. I'll be seeing the 3D version one of these days.

Oh, and after watching the Pixar shorts on Disney Channel last night, Big Baby doll reminded me (a little bit anyway) of the human baby from Tin Toy.

On the previews when I saw it, we had a 2D trailer for The Sorcerer's Apprentice, then for 3D, we had trailers for that awful new Smurf movie coming soon, MegaMind, Legend of the Guardians, Despicable Me, and Tangled. Plus, a RealD logo, the Disney Digital 3D logo, the DLP logo featuring the Minions from Despicable Me, and a short for Day & Night.

the previews I had at my 2-D showing were:

Narnia 3, Smurfs, Cats and Dogs 2: Revenge of Kitty Galore, Disney's Tangled, Legend of the Guardians, Despicable Me, The Last Airbender, and finally Sorceror's Apprentice.....

a little Spoiler from the Pixar Short Night and day below,

And the new Pixar Shor Night and Day which was quite hilairous....I didn't know night and day could watch baywatch dressed girls together :P \

The trailers I got in my 3-D screening were for Despicable Me, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Legend of the Guardians, The Smurfs and Tangled.

Can we please change the topic title? we get it, Pixar is back with Disney, and not only were they making TS3, but its done and out.

For reals

ajmrowland, what's with the big-ass breakdown of my review? I understand if you disagree but really. At any rate, I'm not in the mood for a big back and forth, so I'll just say I disagree with you on most points.

BTW, "no" isn't an argument.

^yeah, when I disagree with someone, I tend to voice it.

Q & A with the voice of Andy, John Morris

I LOVE how he wrote "Andy" on the bottom of his Woody doll's foot! Love it!

By the way, I want to ask, how did the rest of you do with the Toy Story 3 coupons from the Blu-Rays? I wasn't sure if they would accept mine for the 3-D screening, but they did and I only had to pay four dollars. Thank you, Disney, for the sweet bargain! :)

The Blu-ray vouchers act like cash at the participating theaters for TS3 up to $8.50 here in the U.S. I had no problem with seeing it at the local Cine Capri screen (largest conventional ratio screen in AZ).

There are only 3 rotten ratings so far for Toy Story 3 (Which was inevitable) leaving it at a 98% rating, which is still very good. I cannot wait to see this movie. I am trying to avoid all spoilers as much as possible.

I just saw it!!! It was great but once again all the hype seems to have put me in a position to be disappointed a bit. It was a great movie and I enjoyed it a lot but it wasnt the amazing must see tear jerker I was expecting. It had great humor and heartwarming moments....it was excellent and I am glad I saw it. The Potato Heads I thought were really great in this movie as well as Rex. I think they gave me the most laughs. Ken and Barbie were great too! haha The movie ended well and Im happy (and yea a little sad) with the way the trilogy wrapped up.

One thing that bugged me a little was when Buzz started speaking spanish. That was very lame.....great gag but it went on WAY too long and his exaggerated spanish movements etc just bombed for me and came off as LAME. Thats my only major gripe If that part would have been cut to no more then a minute and maybe the daycare escape tightened up a tiny bit the movie would have been perfect.

Case and point Go see the movie but try not to set your expectations above Nemo and some of the other Pixar greats.

I think the point of Spanish Buzz was that it attracted Jessie to him and he wasn't shy about his feelings like regular Buzz is....plus when they get ready to go to the attic Jesse tells Woody don't worry we'll be fine in the Attic (plus I know about Buzz's Spanish mode and I took that as a joke of apparently that turned her on.....

also.....You know Toy Story 3 is good when it makes Tonight show Jokes...espically the "sequel" of finding Nemo joke with BP sponsoring it.

Saw it today. Brilliant movie, buckets were cried. I think it deserves to have a 100% on RT like the first two, but oh well.

I also feel dirty for wanting a Lotso when I saw it a few weeks ago. I thought they were the cutest teddy bears ever. Now, I don't even think I'll be able to use strawberry scented shampoo anymore :P

Saw it, it's a beautiful film, didn't cry thought, and I honestly expected I would because I'm such a cry baby when it comes to movies, I even bought a kleenex mini pack before going to the theater, I blame the two year old kid sitting behind me, he kept kicking the back of my seat during the emotional scenes, it was hard to focus while he kept doing that.

But it is a great movie, almost perfect, it does has some very small flaws, but it was a wonderful experience, and I cannot imagine a better way to the end the Toy Story saga than this. Kudos Pixar, it was a great job.

And yeah, spanish Buzz was awesome.

^dont worry. Focusing wouldnt have changed a whole lot.

Anyway LOVE the interview with "Andy". I honestly didnt expect him to be that much older than the character. His voice is certainly no giveaway, but it doesnt seem to fit with the beard.lol
