Yeah, my theaters are fading too. :( :( :( Yet, it's only the 3rd when I looked at the 10th, so it may not be updated until later. If I don't see it in theaters, I'll see it on demand. :)

Has it already been pointed out that a lot of people decided not to "waste money" on seeing it in theaters since it's so short and will wait for DVD release?
Not sure, but maybe...

While looking at some things on Amazon UK today I noticed its coming out on Aug 22nd in the UK. I could actually import it cheaper than buying 2 tickets to my local theater's showing.

Has anyone heard an official date for the US release? I keep hearing Dec 20th, but I'm not sure if that has been said by Disney or not.

Huh, I thought this would be one that was only released "Blu-ray + DVD". Oh well. The cover art is okay. I personally like the international Blu-ray artwork better, but this is fine.

Cover art is alright - I would have preferred something simpler, like the soundtrack CD cover. Still, at least Winnie the Pooh isn't written sideways, so it's still a cut above the rest

I like it more than the "oh, pooh" DVD/CD cover but would have liked the bridge poster/cover as our R1 art. Oh well.

You can now preorder the Blu-ray with a $7 coupon. Could someone please adjust this link to support UD? I still haven't figured out how to do it.

Disney usually sets these prices for their releases:

DVD: $29.99 SRP
BD or BD+DVD: $39.99 SRP
BD+DVD+DC: $44.99 SRP
3DBD+BD+DVD+DC: $49.99 SRP

Since "Winnie the Pooh" falls into the 3rd category, the price is high. I was honestly expecting it to be BD+DVD, but I guess not. :(

I usually don't bitch about covers but that is horrible. It doesn't even feature the whole cast! What really irks me is the way they have Eeyore.

I kind of feel like the cover is a placeholder. For one, it doesn't have the actual logo of the movie, and for two, there is no DMR logo at the bottom.

Given the cover art of all three are the same...i'd say it's a place holder....and least that what my bet is as well..

That's the first I've heard of an Oct release date. I've heard Dec 20th a lot, and Dec 13th.

I just double-checked to be sure, It does state on the iTunes pre-order page "Expected Release - Oct 25th, 2011". at least it says so now...

Go to iTunes - US Store - search for winnie the pooh and it's under "movies - pre-order"

Edit: just realized how to post a link off iTunes:

hope this works

I like the blu cover, it's good contrast to Many Adventures' dvd cover, So I'm predictin that we'll get a blu release for Many Adventures??? Hope so I'd love to see it on blu with MORE bonuses, an audio commentary along with an in depth makin of featurette
