Um...ok. What happened to DMR? It looks more like all the rest of Disney's sites. In fact, it reminds me of the new look for iTunes (gray to white).

Well, at least with this new site, it doesn't do that annoying thing where I click on something and as I wait for it to load, I go look at another window. Then I'm trying to do something and the DMR website comes up because it's done loading. I found that REALLY irritating!

Has anyone tried to log in to the new site? I can't.

Logging in works fine for me.

Nice for the folks in NY & LA that you can get points for ticket stubs to Waking Sleeping Beauty but I highly doubt it will ever go into major wide release. Probably never get to see it in a theater & get stub points.

The design isn't exactly award-winning, but at least it'll be easy to navigate.
Any changes in rewards?

A few. They say on the Facbook page that they've added some Alice In Wonderland items (I don't see 'em). Dropped quite a few things. Changed the Cars scooter to a Princess Scooter which works out perfectly as I have a 4 year old niece with a birthday coming up & I just ordered it as a birthday present fo her. No new high end prizes like sculptures. Personally I liked the old site much better.

Yeah, I really dislike this new site. The old one was much better.

On the bright side I got a Nemo pin (finally) as my surprise gift for redeeming a tree seedling for schools (& a neighbor who did the same thing got a Lightning McQueen pin today which she gave to me). Now, I hope my brother gets his pin today (& that it's a Buzz & Woody one) then it'll be perfect (he'll give his to me too).

Keep in mind when you're logging on to the newly designed site that you're using your e-mail address instead of your log-on ID.

I actually like it, it's a lot simpler.

Why do you say this? I logged on to the new site with my id just like on the old site...no email needed for logging on.

Another reason to hate the new site. You can only have one page printed at a time to enter ticket stubs. My neighbor's account submitted 4 Toy Story 3D stubs 6 months ago & it obviously got lost in the mail. Well, she's submitted stubs for other movies since then but the site now says "we can only do one movie at a time" & will not allow her to print out a page for Oceans next month (when it becomes available) or even Waking Sleeping Beauty (which is available to print out now although we'll NEVER get it here). Plus there is no way to reprint a page to submit stubs which the old site allowed you to do. Every time I look at that site I hate it more.

Movie ticket problems

I'm having the same problem with my "Alice" tickets. It says I have two movie ticket submissions pending, but they are both over a year old so pending??? I've emailed to have them removed so I can submit my new ones, hope to get a response soon!

Here's what I have to say:
Pros: Much simpler, with less reload time. The site runs quickly now for my laptop. Also, there are more rewards on one page, so we're not flipping through endless pages of rewards. The music CD widget is nice though, getting rid of the confusion some members have had in the past.
Cons: Members Benefits is a smidgen of what it once was. Gone are the mini posters, the random deals (some of these remain). There are no more card printouts, no more wallpapers, no more screensavers, no more interviews with famous Disney people, no nothing.
Sigh...

Funny(not) how "new and improved" usually ends up meaning you get less...bummer.

I can't log in yet either; I'm getting the message "Your account is not associated to a domain." I get a simple "Login failed" if I try a bogus login, so I assume my account is still there but just not hooked in yet.
So far I find the site cleaner and easier to navigate, even if it's a little plain (but then I never cared about that red velvet curtain backdrop, lol). I like how they've reorganized the rewards by category rather than points ranges -- I never found searching by the latter very useful.

With this new website you can no longer submit more than one set of stubs together (saving postage) since it won't let you print a ticket submission page out until the last one has processed. Since this can take TWO TO THREE weeks as they state imagine how backed up things can get with so many movies already out & coming soon (Alice In Wonderland, Waking Sleeping Beauty, Oceans, Prince of Persia, Toy Story 3). Every time you see one off these you have to send in your form and wait for it to process until it will let you print one out for the next. They have FIVE releases in 4 months. I am SO glad they redesigned the site and did this (NOT). And if a form gets lost and you want to submit stubs again there is NO way to reprint the form. WHO designed this mess?
