type-o...really? I think i am type-ab....
hey Sherlock...its TYPO....Before you go criticizing others for their spelling skills, best to be 100% perfect yourself. Good luck with that.
Campbellz has been a long time member here who adds a lot to this community....who gives a flying rat's behind how he spells so long as its legible enough to read? YOU are being childish by picking on him for his spelling and hypocritical because you can't spell to save you life.
Can we get back to the movie the Prinzezz nad da Frug?

Thanks Siren - beautiful and nice, perfect combo.
Anyway I agree lets move forward everyone! This is Disney we should be giving positive energy! I'm not gonna lie I'm kind of excted at this movie, not because of the movie itself, but yet another chance to get in touch of what made my childhood happy - classic 2D broadway style Disney.
Instead of nitpicking the film, I'm going into it pretty much blind sighting hoping to be floored by the great combo of M&C who directed numerous great Disney films.
Last time, I promise, but I urge EVERYONE to not follow 100% on this movie, and leave some surprise, wonderment, and magic to the film...if you dig up every single thing on the film you won't have no surprises waiting for you guys!

Thanks CampbellzSoup...let's all forget the movie and just keep stroking eachother's egos
Okay, anyways...I am aghast at the fake Princess and the Frog...but I admit, I want to see it...see just how mad it is. With all the racist BS people keep saying about Disney, I'd like to see what a rusty cookie cutter does

Hey all, and Siren in particular,
"hey Sherlock...its TYPO....Before you go criticizing others for their spelling skills, best to be 100% perfect yourself. Good luck with that"
That is possibly the most immature thing one could possibly say. When I made the comment about "dalmatians", it was not to show I know how to spell it, it was so people who mispell it learn how it's supposed to be. We should try to improve ourselves, not lash out at someone who points out a mistake.
If it indeed it "typo" and not "type-o", great, I will spell it "typo" from now on.
When I make a mistake, I am happy to be corrected, as long as its in the spirit of constructiveness, not pettiness.
That being said, I think I will abstain from posting stuff on here again, seems like the answers are pointlessly aggressive. I will of course still read so I can catch the latest glimpses of TPATF.
Good luck to all.

Not sure if this was posted already, but on the official website they opened a section called "Art Of" where you can view pages upon pages of pre-production artwork, both for the settings and character designs. It's really cool. Check it out here:

wow, he looks absolutely nothing like Naveen. lol
It seems to me that Disney Casting doesn't care as much about facial structure with the princes and they do with the princesses. It's nice to see them though.

Well, it wouldn't have truly been a return to classic hand-drawn Disney musicals, if we didn't get a cheap rip-off, now, would it?
Very true. IIRC, the last one of those was an "Atlantis" knock-off called "The Legend of Atlantis", way back in 2000/2001. It seems even Disney's competitors have high hopes for "The Princess and the Frog".

I agree, Disney doesn't seem really to care that much about finding face character matches really well for the male characters in general, with maybe the exception of Peter Pan. No offense to some of the actors, but I've seen some homely and really off models Phillip's, Eric's, and Charming's in the parades before.

Does anyone think that there will be a video for Ne-Yo's "Never Knew I Needed"? I'm beyond obsessed with the song, and I'd like to have visuals to go with the song!

Naveen does have a really long face, with a very long jaw, its a hard face to match. Tiana is easier with her round, more naturally drawn, less exaggerated face. Princes like Phillip, Eric, etc are easy to find men who look like them since their faces are drawn more naturally.
Marce, last thing I am saying to you....This is a forum, forums always contain typos and spelling errors. I am an wiz at literature and English, have professionally written for magazines and currently working on three novels...I tend to have typos and misspellings now and then, sometimes with the same word, like "definetly", always misspell it, but I know its really "definitely", but I don't bother to do spell check because we aren't being graded and people get the idea. Its about the content, not the perfection. You are the one who said
(everybody please not how it's supposed to be spelled)
which in itself contained an error, and most of your posts contained spelling and grammar errors, so it was seen as hypocritical. If this was an English major forum, it would be expected to be perfect, but its not, its Disney. You need to lighten up and stick to the subject, not correct someone and then get all upset when someone else corrects you....several times over. I admit, we were all being smartasses, but you kinda opened that can of worms when you kept making mistakes. I apologize for myself. But your hissy fit over people pointing out all your mistake...you are far more childish for that than anyone here.
