What email address did you use ? I wrote them once and all I got back was a standard response saying something to the effect "thank you for you interest in Disney dvds. Please direct any questions to our customer service helpline." I've got a few dvds that need slipcovers :
Sleeping Beauty
Incredibles
I'll have to get around to getting them....if they still have them.

So....those of us without phones (Me !) are pretty much screwed ? What about people that have anxiety attacks about talking to people face to face ? Or what about people that have a very low tolerance for getting angry at frustrating people ? Oh, well.

Hallelujah, that made my day!
You have *NO* idea how much I despite the little buggers!
Think you can make my...er...rest of the week and announce that Disney will no longer produce slipcovers and instead use the budget towards longform documentaries and inclusion of a film's original theatrical trailer?

I don't think they send out slipcovers any more, and if they did, they certaintly won't send out all for those dvds...

The "Slipcover" Plan

Okay, before Escapay eats me, or this thread gets locked (whichever happens faster), I have a question. Tonight, my friends and I are going to the mall and I need a slipcover for Aladdin. I will go in and buy the DVD with the slipcover, take it off, and have my friend go in and return the DVD and give me the store credit/money back. How will it work? Won't someone get suspicious? How should I go about this? I know some of you have done it, so maybe I can get tips?

O.O

Hahaha thanks for the idea!

But maybe...
Maybe you should go in there and buy it..then come back the NEXT day or a couple hours later and return it.
They can't say anything..well. They probably won't remember if you happen to do it days later and make a friend return it. :]

I will probably go in, buy it, then get something to eat, go to a few stores and then have my friend return it, but I might also not do it.

Why not just donate it to the libary or something? you'll still have your slipcover. That's what I'd do if I were you. No need to go thru so much trouble
